Shawarma and Donair Box is a strip mall middle eastern fast food restaurant. The menu to me is somewhat confusing with the boxes, think of it kind of like combo plates. The staff at the restaurant are both very nice, if you eat in they most often give you a free cup of soup which I must say from what I have tried so far is probably the best thing they have, I would even order the soup as a stand alone item.The chicken shawarma is often dry and overly seasoned with cumin, a spice that often overpowers everything else if used too much. I believe this restaurant has the potential to be much more popular if they refined their menu a bit more and made slight alterations to their recipes.Overall I think it is worth giving a shot, but for me nothing really stood out as something I should be heading back for more.
It's a nice place with a friendly owner. Happy to help out a local business.Their Donair meat is a little bit spicier and their sweet sause a little bit thinner than the average Donair place I've been to. Good idea wrap a napkin around the end your holding.
When we walked in, we were greeted and handed little cups of delicious soup! It was perfect for while we were waiting and tasted nice and homemade with a lot of flavour. We then ordered chicken shawarma for the first time and had a great dinner. I will definitely have to visit again.
Good customer service, very friendly thanks to Khalid who has the patience to wait for me to figure out what to order. Thank u also for the free soup which is really taste good. I absolutely recommended this place.
The person there was really friendly. He even gave us some free soup too while we waited. We ordered the donair poutine and they put a bunch of of meat. I will definitely be coming back!
I had the Shawarma wrap. The chicken melted in my mouth. The soup and baklava were also very flavorful. The staff were so kind. I will be back and would definitely recommend this spot

Amazing place & great value for money. Quantities & portion size are very large & filling. Pleasant & clean environment. Friendly staff. My go-to for all shawarma related cravings!
The food and service are great, and the serving sizes for the main entrees are decent. But apparently a $1.50 serving of baklava is just a tiny 1" sample, and if you're getting takeout it is packed in a paper box that quickly becomes soggy and collapses. We had to scoop our food out of the bag because it fell out of the disintegrating takeout box.
Very nice and clean place. The front guy Khalid was very nice. While I was waiting for my order he offer me soup to try for free. The food was awesome and I will recommend this place to anyone without a doubt
