Amazing service all the staff were really nice and the lady who helped me choose a drink was extremely nice! I’m super happy they’re in Edmonton. Their tapioca pearls are the perfect consistency and their drink flavours are unique to their store.

Best bubbled tea down town
The drink tasted fine. The issue is the service. I arrived at the store in the middle of the afternoon on a break from work. I stood around for a while, not being greeted by any of the four ladies who were working at that time. Three of them were crouched behind the counter talking while another was playing on a laptop. There was a paper bag from A&W and a half eaten salad from Chopped leaf on the counter where they make the tea, in plain sight to anyone walking by. When one of the ladies finally noticed me, she took my order. One of the other girls did attempt to help her with the order... after she finished eating right in front of me. At least she washed her hands lol. I was just handed the drink with not much said. From a customer perspective, this is very disgusting... to see someone eat their food at the front counter where your product is made and where customers are served. You may want to look into correcting this. Not a good look at all. I'd add a photo but I don't want to embarrass you that much...
Walked up to the lady at the counter on a Saturday at 4:45 and they said they were closed.
Amazing, friendly staff and awesome selection of teas. My go to place everyday if I can. Milk tea with bobba, 80% sugar, less ice. They need more locations, the Thai milk tea is so delicious
Ive been to Sharetea numerous times and finally writing a review! The best of the best. SOOO TASTY and authentic tea. You can actually taste the difference between their three teas (black ,green and oolong) unlike other bubble tea shops. Their taro ice blended and passion fruit green tea are my fav! The drinks are amazing and the staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. They really make sure their place is clean and disinfected! My go to always for bubble tea. SO loyal to this brand!
The drink itself was fine. However, I have problem with the staff and customer service.I noticed one of the workers had airpods in both ears and made multiple mistakes with other customer orders. I waited 15 minutes while there were only 2 customers ahead of me. I felt ignored as I was next in line but the worker responded to the delivery man first (he came a few minutes after me) and did not acknowledge me until after.
One of my favorite bubbles tea stores in the city.
