First time going to this location to try the food while visiting Edmonton. Staff were pretty rude to my family. They gave attitude and ignored my mother whenever she ordered something. Food wasn't so great, kinda overcooked, dry and bland. Can also get bigger portions in Calgary with better service. That will be the last time I go to this location and will not recommend to anyone I know.

Very clean, diverse food to select. There’s restaurant. You can buy fish and have it clean. Polite workers. Reasonably priced groceries. What else can you ask for?

Loved the pandesal. My Husband was there today to pick up the brown rice that he left 2weeks ago and he was told by the cashier that’s on the till near noodle street that it’s probably gone bcoz it’s been a long time already. And she didn’t even bother calling or asking her supervisor or manager in regards with it.Thank you Ms. Aileen for helping us on the phone and to ensure that we can still get our brown rice on our next visit.Maybe Seafoods City needs a customer service booth to go to for customers especially my husband?.Because He couldn’t see a customer service booth, He thought he could just go the till and ask when He checks out from doing grocery shopping.

Im in FILIPINO HEAVEN!!! I ordered pork bbq, bagnet sisig, dinuguan, pork bagnet and of course rice! PORK BBQ and BAGNET SISIG are ⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!The dinuguan and pork bagnet I didn't care too much. The dinuguan was bland and has more oil than the actual dinuguan sauce. Medyo nakakaumay. The bagnet was ok, I enjoyed the crispy skin more though. I bought leche flan from the grocery (all housed in the same building!). It was really good! Creamy and rich! If you miss Filipino food this place is a gem. Filipino grocery, Filipino food court, Filipino music in the background, Filipino snack food stalls like lugaw, fishball, and the energizing Filipino vibe altogether is just an immersive experience. If you miss home, this is the closest you can get. A must when in EDMONTON!!! Customer service is great too! Keep it up! It's surrounded by hotels in walking distance. I stayed at comfort inn west Edmonton. Literally just beside seafood city! Score!!!

The store itself has a great selection and is well stocked. The hot food market, on the other hand is horrible. Rude, unhelpful staff, menu boards that make no sense at all, and most of the items offered aren't even listed or priced. We felt like we were unwelcome and seen as a nuisance and our food for 5 people was about $130. We don't even know what we got charged for because it was so unclear and items we got didn't appear on the receipt. Will not be going back

Clean bright supermarket with a selection of Filipino groceries. Not many of these in Edmonton and Seafood city has done it well. The venue features an open food court area, baked goods, fresh desserts, grilled snacks, and of course a lot of seafood. Unfortunately most items are priced a bit high.

Love Seafood City! So many wonderful options, always well stocked. They make the BEST halo halo and all of their bbq is divine. Highly recommend to everyone!

A mid-sized grocery store that is visually dominated by the fast-food service grills and counters (Grill Town, Noodle Town or similar) at the front. The produce selection was limited, but that's a shared struggle in many grocery stores. Not overly bright inside, but organized well enough.

Excellent place to shop. It's nice because even wearing a mask the staff still remember me especially Marie in crispy town she's always happy and puts a smile on my face everytime I deal with her at crispy city. Very nice young lady. I highly recommend seafood city always the best in good genuine service.

Prices of groceries and baked products are costly compared to other grocery stores in Edmonton and staff need to be more friendly to customers! Not to mention, your shoppers are mostly Filipino root so please be more generous. Take note, we live in Canada and not in the Philippines. The success of every business is through the patriotism of consumers. We pay more, you give us back more!!!
