Order for delivery the delivery guy over charged me $400.00 YES $400.00. & the pizza was all doe.in the garbage it went. Then today BILL call going to come to my home to give me MY $400.00 back witch is awesome BUT So I place a order " he coming here anyway SO REALLY THEY Charge me full price on my Order and $4.00 for delivery. wow...
We were visiting from out of town and a friend recommended this place. Hands down the BEST pizza we have had. Definitely will be back next time we are in Edmonton friendly staff and good food. Thanks!
At the end of my 2.5 hour bicycle ride along the river valley from Fort Sask, I stopped at Royal Pizza. Since I'm a loyal customer of our Royal Pizza in the Fort, it was an easy choice. The owner suggested an Alley Kat Mangolorian to go with the Italian Poutine. What a combo! I'm now an Alley Kat devotee. I had a nice conversation about living in Vancouver with the lovely young server. Thanks you guys. I'll be back.

Went there for dinner last night and the pizza was amazing ?Since moving here from Ottawa, I haven't been able to find one pizza place I actually enjoy. I'm so glad I was shown royal pizza ! Def will be back

My wife and I have enjoyed the pizza here since 1971.. Unfortunately, the quality now is disappointing... We have always rated this location as the best pizza intown.. Not even close now.. After 50 years of quality, that is no longer the case,
This is normally a go to date night place for us as we live in the neighborhood. We decided to order pizza, which I immediately suggested Royal Pizza because we enjoy the chicken wings from there and we've ordered other food off the menu when we dine in and the pizza arrived looking like it had been tossed around in the box and it was covered in grease, literally grease all over everything. To my surprise within a half hour of posting this review, Bill reached out to us by phone and really took the matter seriously. His level of care for his customers is amazing. I truly appreciate how swift he wanted to resolve and agreed that he'd never seen a pizza box that greasy before, and it was not acceptable or to his standards. If you dine in, you can see the pride they take in the restaurant's appearance so this was completely out of character. I will definitely continue to support this location, and enjoy many date nights to come there.
I hate coming to Edmonton. It means I’m going to eat myself sick at Royal Pizza again. It never fails, I always end up ordering the monster 12” #25. I’m just one old man but I just can’t help myself!I always stay in the same hotel and the guy remembers me every time! It’s creepy! But the service is excellent. It’s really the main reason I come here. I have a problem. I know.Yes fine! So I just ordered another! Don’t be all judgy!I’m waiting patiently. Thought I’d fool them by switching hotels but nope, still delivered in under an hour. Service is unreal!In the morning I’ll wake up cold and ashamed with pizza sauce up my nose, BUT! if I’m lucky, there’s one piece left….Best pizza in the province! For a great price! DO IT!!!!!!
