Not often that I am impressed by a restaurant. This place is AMAZING!!!!The meat was tender and juicy like it should be. The salads were absolutely top notch!!!! Delicious and generous portions of everything. The fatoush was the best I’ve ever had-you can always tell a lot about a restaurant by the quality of their salads. I’m a very picky eater (former chef) and I had ZERO complaints. If you haven’t tried The ROOT of Beirut, you are missing out on the BEST Lebanese food in Edmonton!!!

Very very good place and friendly workers

I liked this restaurant in the beginning but now I do not .. what's the point of having Facebook if you don't answer questions from clients the only things you do just posting your foods..recently I had my dinner there I asked the waitress about the Eid and if they gonna have buffet she went back to the kitchen and never came back I sent messages but no answers

We had a tremendous and traditional Lebanese breakfast there today. The food was tasty and the service was fantastic. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who likes traditional Lebanese food. I will definitely be back there when we are in Edmonton. Thanks to the chefs and staff fo a great food experience

One of the worst Middle Eastern places in terms of customer service. The young workers behind the till have zero customer facing skills and tend not to greet the people in the line. The quality is average at best. They need to work on the issues above as 'PAYING' customers will go somewhere else for quality and service. Will not use this place or recommend to others.

Ramadan Iftar was so unorganized tables were everywhere people were having hard time to get to the food (they definitely overbooked it ) not kids friendly I asked for a baby seat and they didn’t have one , food was very disappointing ( not like they advertised on the page ) not enough portion so unworthy of 28$ a person.

excellent service very friendly

Falafel is one of my favorite dishes. I love the combination of falafel, hummus, tubbuli, fattush salad and all that pickled veg. Not forgetting the zattar and fresh baked pita bread.? Yesterday, after the inspection in Symphonie Tower, I invited my vegan client to lunch. We went to "Roots of Beirut", a Lebanese restaurant in Northside. This was a recommendation from the builder's rep who happened to be a Lebanese. If you like Lebanese food this is a place you should try. The food was fantastic and very reasonable. Everything is made from scratch.#Edmonton #yegfood
