Our first time at this location. Fantastic! Our server Angela was amazing. from the moment we walked in the door, to the super friendly person who seated us. The food was lovely and fresh, the cooks had it prepared very quickly. Will definitely come back here again when we are back on this side of the city
Great family friendly place! Staff is very friendly and welcoming! Burger was great! They offered a free baby meal (smashed potato with gravy) that not only my little girl enjoyed! ?
It sucked we didn't get our coffee , tried too get the server attention . Although to separate people to one order we tried to get someone attention after 10 or so minutes . We just got up and left we did get water's we couldn't even have a chance to ask about some items , on the menu . It's as if we were not even in restaurant . I a 60 yr old native man , handicapped , mom is an 85 yr old , native woman . We will never step into this Ricky's ever again . Other Ricky's , reasonably better service . This place was hardly busy maybe 5- 6 tables 2 -3 servers and the person who sits us down at the table , he totally ignored our table after we ordered water and coffee from him . The server brought water , no coffee , spent the next 5 plus minutes trying to get some service ! This Ricky's socks...
Took the family out for Father's day lunch. We had to wait a few minutes for the table which was not an issue at all.With hungry Littles tho we hoped to order quickly.Although it was busy it took 20 minutes for our waitress to put her finger up to us and say "I'll be right there" and for her to not return for another 10 to take our order. 2 other tables we watched be cleaned were re filled with new people and then we watched our waitress take their order and drink first.This isn't an issue I've been a server I was patient.We finally get our orders in and in the meantime we waited.We saw tables that showed up after us (same section for waitress) start to get their food orders.We wait some more. Finally I see our order in the window and watch our waitress literally move our plates (whole order there) and serve yet another table that came after us.The final straw came when my husband went to get the waitress attention and she puts her fi ger up at us again says very abruptly( I'll be right there) again she walks by us another 4 x and I finally just asked for the bill for our drinks and took my kids to McDonald's.The server seemed overwhelmed and I get that but she was rude and put a damper on our celebration by the way she spoke to us throughout our very patient wait.I was disappointed as the food would have been great but the service was super disappointing.
Great eggs Benny ... Not too many people cook my eggs correctly when I'm out for breakfast and they actually did cook my eggs perfectly very busy place very popular good food I've only ever had breakfast there so I don't know it works for me
The service was excellent. The food, not so much. Very pricy for unripe, flavorless tomatoes and burnt toast. Their soup of the day was quite good.
Busy place. Service was excellent and the food was yummy. Had the California eggs Benny. They were pretty tasty. Veggies were fresh and the suace was really nice. ?
Service was super fast and friendly...the food was great... coffee was always topped up... its so nice to get out and get a quality meal again... we will definitely be there for more delicious breakfasts.
My husband & I are frequent customers at Ricky’s every Monday at the 170th Street location. We experienced excellent staff service by Rowena, Mario is a very nice Manager, we usually order 2 eggs basted soft, crispy bacon or sausages, cubed hash browns and white toast or brown toast. Solid breakfast spot with fast and friendly service. My only complaint is that the coffee isn't that great, but that's to be expected from most breakfast places.
