Good drinks and food. Alright atmosphere. Many vegan options that are tasty. Would recommend the vegan butter chicken (i don't question the black magic that it takes to make vegan butter chicken, but it's good). A great place to meet someone new, or study. I have heard hearsay that they don't treat their employees well, but idk for sure.
I never drink coffee except for here. Their vanilla iced lattes are amazing and their London Fog's are great as well. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and they have great service.
I was walking by remedy last night (july 8 2022) and went inside for a bite to eat. I'm a big curry fan so I was pleasantly surprised to see so many Indian food options on the menu. After a few minutes I decided on the butter chicken - HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT.I'm 99.9% sure it was just a bowl of tomato soup with 3 big chunks of chicken in it and a bowl of wild grain rice on the side. There was 0 curry and 0 coconut milk in this so called butter chicken.10/10 for the friendly staff0/10 for the foodI'd definitely avoid the Indian food here if this is any indication on how the butter chicken tastes/is made
I used to love remedy but not anymore. I was horrified as I watched the barista RESTEAM milk for my drink, as well as the milk for the people before and after me. they didn’t even rinse the jug. This is a HUGE health and safety concern — as somebody who has barista experience it’s literally the basics?? Resteaming milk completely ruins the flavour, makes it grainy and almost sour tasting. When I asked for my drink to be remade with fresh milk and a rinsed jug I was greeted with an attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this either. I’m done ✌?
Absolutely love this place. I’m not from Edmonton, but always stay in the westmount area and make my pilgrimage to this place. It is trendy, the staff is amazing and the food - any of the wraps are so good. Also, Kashmirian chai - yum!

I want to especially write a thank you to Pary, who greeted me and my friends this morning. When I went to pickup my food, they offered me two delicious iced chais. They said that they had extra on hand, but I was especially touched since I was going through a very difficult morning. I don’t go to remedy locations much, but the service today was so kind, friendly, and considerate that the 124 location will always have good vibes in my heart. Y’all were wonderful and I want to shout out my appreciation
Of all the REMEDY locations this one is my favourite. Though its smaller than most the service better than the other locations I’ve tried with the food and drinks prepared more consistently as well. Prices are up but its still a great deal because servings are large and the food is filling enough to share. My favourite combination to share is the Chana Masala wrap washed down with a Badamee Chai followed by a slice insanely dense vegan chocolate cake. The two of you will need the walk home its so filling. Enjoy.
I came to your location in November for a work meeting. I am not vaccinated so I told my co worker we would have to get take out. We came first thing in the morning , he had his vaccine passport I did not . The barista would not even let me place a order for take out without a vaccination passport . I had to tell my co worker my coffee order and wait outside in the cold. I never didn’t make a scene about it I just left to stand out your door in the cold as my coworker placed the order while your barista just stared. This all after we had stood there for 5 minutes, then to be denied service and told to leave. I have made sure that family and friends know of your callousness to people based on medical choices or sickness or religious freedom that prevents people from getting a medical procedure. I sincerely hope you learn from your mistakes and that the loss of support from people who once supported you might aid you in this realization. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
