This was back in May/2022 and we had no reservations and there was line up of people as it was a Sunday late afternoon. The wait was 20 minutes which was ok considering this was not a planned dinner. However, the food took forever to arrive and when it did it was disgusting. My Granddaughter ordered a shrimp dish and had one or two pieces and could not eat the rest. Had I been paying for the meal I would have sent the orders back. I ordered the coconut shrimp which was ok but the other 3 did not enjoy their food at all. Again I wish I had asked for the Manager and complained at the time. Last night my son and daughter-in law went to the same west end Red Lobster and complained to me how terrible the food was. I guess what I am saying is stay away from the West end Red Lobster until they make some changes
So, basically it had been a while since we ate at red lobster and we decided it would be nice to eat some seafood. Wow has this place gone downhill with food quality and experience. I am giving 2 stars because the biscuits were delicious. But everything else tasted like it was microwaved and from a freezer, some of the greasiest food we have ever eatin. It was more like a fast food restaurant, rather than a nice place to dine in. If the food was cheap I would understand but it is very expensive for the underwhelming quality. Next time we are going to go to the store and buy it ourselves, to cook at home. Would not recommend, Red lobster you have really let yourself go, and I would honestly drop the prices and add a drive-through window.
Good service! Friendly staffs, and great food ?❤️
delicious food, awesome service. Great waitress.
Went out for Mother's Day Supper with the family. As we were unable to make a reservation over the phone, we showed up in person and put our name on the what list to be seated. We were advised it would be an hour wait time. We decided to browse stores in the area and come back in an hour.We were seated and waited on by Geena. From start to finish, it took 1hr and 40 minutes. This was longer then usual due to how busy they were. The experience could have easily been unfavorable but it wasn't. Our waitress Geena was so polite and so apologetic. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed.A big shout out to Geena for her amazing customer service. She made our dining experience a wonderful one. We will absolutely be back! Thanks Geena!
We got in right away. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Portions a lot smaller than I remember but I know food costs have increased like crazy. Still went home full.
So very disappointed with our experience at Red Lobster in the west end. We came in about 5 PM to beat the rush, however there was never a lineup at the door while we were there. Jun our waiter was very efficient ( like an energizer bunny) with getting our order. My husband and myself ordered drinks and each decided on the 3 course dinner. We told Jun we were not in a rush and to bring our drinks first, before ordering. Our appetizers arrived and we hadn't even dug into them and our MAINS came out??? WHATS THE RUSH??? We came in for a leisurely dinner!! The person bringing out the order said they would take them back - BTW - Who wants to eat food that's been under a heat lamp??? Most disappointing as maybe a few minutes later a baked potato came out separately ??? Soooo our food sat under a heat lamp for 20 minutes as we told them We are NOT in a RUSH!!! Jun assured me my salmon was re-made - I'm sure it is not FIRE ROASTED on a grill. I paid $4.99 extra for about a Tbsp of the special lobster sauce - DONT order - it’s a waste of $5 - it a cheesy sauce with a few flakes of lobster. (not at all as its described) All in all our meal to celebrate good news was a BIG disappointment. We were there April 27
It was our first time eating at Red Lobster. Service was good. Food was tasty. Big portions. Good value.
Great seafood. Came for the endless shrimp on Monday and was very satisfied and super full!
First time at Red Lobster and I had to go for the Monday all you can eat shrimp. For 23.99/ person, you can choose from 4 type of shrimp. Coconut shrimp, red lobster favourite, shrimp skewer and shrimp scampi. The favourite and the coconut shrimp always came hot, thr scampi is a bit heavy as you can taste the salt and butter, the skewers were a little burnt but it was flavourful. You'll definitely need a side for the scampi as it can be a lot to eat by itself. The mash potatoe and fries were good.Overall would I go again? Maybe once in a while.
