Great store. Wide selection of fresh fruit and veg. You can pretty much find everything you need with such a wide variety of goods.
Very good superstore. Aways have stock. Everything you can think of, they have in stock. From fresh to dry , freeze and unfreeze etc
I shop here as i need to survive. They treat their employees poorly, and they treat their customers meh (totally get it though, if i worked at superstore i would be uninterested in helping the despicable humans that shop there, myself included). Their prices are alright, it's cheaper to go to a local small shop, but i like having everything in one place. I hate it though. Hecc capitalism
It's a okay place to get your groceries, store is kept pretty clean, good place to by your bigger items like oil, milk, paper towel, toilet paper.prices are great for stuff like that. Still prefer places like sobeys or save on for fresh foods like vegies, meat and fruits.. ?
it's June 18 and I stopped to look at the garden centre. This location had tons of plants. I had bought a number of plants from West Edmonton location last week and at the Windermere location. I was told 50 percent off. This store no sale at all. My plants are all done and so eas just buying a few things. When I asked the girl at the till she was as friendly as an axe. She was cold and not at all friendly. She proceeded to tell another worker another store has a sale. She needs a different job! Terrible customer service.. I'm a person who spends 1500 plus on flowers yearly. Wont be rushing back here.
My visit on Tuesday was to the PC Financial kiosk within Superstore. The young man there did his best to help me with my problem. He was polite and when he couldn't sort it out he called customer service and found out that there was some kind of maintenance happening to the online app and website. So my visit was as good as it could be that day :)
The store has good prices and the staff members in the store are polite. This store would’ve got a 5 star review but due to only receiving 3 stars in this review is because I felt that the self checkout station has undermine a lot of stress and pressure towards the workers and I believe that the self checkout should have at least two workers to accommodate the workload. I also think that removing the bags at self checkout will surely promote the reduction of plastic waste and make the process at self checkout more sufficient.
Constantly getting expired or moldy food from superstore. Of my weekly grocery trips 5/6 trips I've had to make returns on expired (months past date) or moldy food... garlic bread in the foil pack was completely green when I opened it, chicken stock one year expired, 3 week expired tortilla, bug infested bag broccoli. Not the quality I expect of superstore. Even bread from Dollarama isn't moldy
I bought a bag of Farmer's Market Russet Potatoes and they're not very good. The first 4 out of the bag had dark spots/holes on them. I peeled them anyway and the black is not just on the surface. It goes through the potato. By the time the bad part was peeled off there wasn't much potato left. We've bought Farmer's Market vegetables many times and this is the first time the quality wasn't very good.
Very nice story, I got my iPhone from there! The tech people were super nice, and helped with a lot of concerns! But, the store itself is very maze like, and it's really hard to get through it. But overall, 4/5!
