Handicap parking along front of building. Automatic in and out doors. Store is large, clean, mostly well stocked and organized. Never encountered any floor staff. Trying to find someone to help in the dairy section. Gave up. Prices are the same as other grocery stores. Used self serve checkout and female working in there was very helpful and friendly. She didn't seem to mind helping me. ? Nice large clean store impressed me. I WAS there at 8 am though.
Monthly grocery or quick request a best store with lot of variety of each product.
Prices are reasonable in most cases, but managers engage in price games designed to cheat people who are not careful. One must read every price tag and watch carefully at the till to each item as it is scanned. Keep your eyes open wide since their game is to pick your pocket when you aren't looking.
great store, lived near it for the past three years deffinitely better than the stores we visited before in other parts of the city
This has always been a staple for my family since I was small. I grew up in a small town, when we would go too the city, it would always include a visit too "The Superstore". It has been one of the best places to get meat. This location was up too my standard of a clean shopping experience.
2 open cashier tills on a Saturday night at 7:15pm is absolutely absurd. Everyone who goes through self check out to make it faster for themselves ends up waiting over 15 mins for a self serve kiosk anyway. Really poor thought out staff scheduling. After my gift cards run out I will not be returning.
This superstore is well stocked and tidier than other stores. But this is the only store that don’t cover SCOP!. I bought a shaver it rings up higher so i told the old indian cashier that it should covered with SCOP and get it for only 50 cents something and tells me the price is expired.. and dont cover SCOP. Well what is SCOP for in the first place if they will tell all the customers that label is expired??. And u cant even see the date since it is far to see and the size of the font is smaller than a grain of rice ?.
Compared to other Superstores, the layout isn't as good. There are not as many products, seems more basic than normal. Which is odd for the store being placed in such a busy area. Only reason for 3 stars is helpful staff that were nice.
This store is chaos.*Edit for the manager who clearly does not understand.The Tofu is right beside the Ham. Now, I don't buy a lot of tofu, so I didn't know where to look. One place I have never seen tofu before is in the meat department, beside the ham with no other vegetarian food anywhere near it. Hint- usually near Dairy in the "vegitarian" section.The aisles are nearly blocked with pallets and displays, nothing is where it should logically be. As a note to the manager- go to Freson Bros or Save-on, take careful notes. Then rearrange your store in similar, grouped fashion.The parking lot cart returns were so full, cars were backing out because there was no room to get by them.The only good thing here was that it was so badly organized that it was funny. 5/7 for making me laugh.
A lot of great products. Stocks aren't always stocked well on Sundays. Other than that, clean and quick at the cashier section
