Update: once again coming to the end of the baby aisle and had to turn around because the ENTIRE end of the aisle was blocked with pallets. Come on!!!!!!!!!!It is so frustrating that whenever I go to this store, the aisles that have the baby items (diapers, formula, food, etc) are the chosen aisles to leave the pallets of new stock. Literally lined with pallets. Wouldn't the store manager think these are the aisles that are most likely to have the most amount of people with shopping carts? Getting around with kids is a challenge already, let alone having to menouver around pallets lined up.And, while shopping today, an employee had left a large step stool (the type with the floor brake so it's not easily moved out of the way) next to a clothing rack. Trying to menouver these large carts in an already cramped space, my poor little guy that was sitting in the lower part of the cart got his finger jammed between the cart and a clothing rack because there wasn't enough room to turn! Ridiculous!!! Yes yes, I know, that's not where kids are designed to sit, but shopping with 2 kids, you do what keeps them quiet and happy.So frustrating, use your brain and put stock items away and in locations with more room.
I moved to the South side from the West End and and Windermere is now my new store it's always clean and well stocked, with friendly staff.The pharmacy is a different story.I still return to the store on the West End for my prescriptions. It's not exactly convenient, but I will continue to do so as the pharmacists here are not very friendly or helpful.One lady in particular treats people with government benefits like low life criminals.I wouldn't trust their advice on what band-aids to buy.
I went to the customer service to ask what is the return policy. This Indian Lady told me I can not return not even exchange nd she was fighting with me saying “You came to return last week and I remember you! “ I told her I never came to return to you last week it’s my first time to come and I was even asking what is your return policy” and she insisted to fight with me! Is that a customer service or fight service! I wish I got her name buy she was not using any ID. What a customer service this store has???I won’t go there again and let this Indian lady fight with me. They don’t show welcoming spirit!I don’t recommend people going to that store! You feel you’re in HELL when you are there!
I love this store, it is accessible and can have everything that i need.. Employees are so nice too 5 Star for them.
