AWESOME!!! AWESOME!!! AWESOME!!! A great place of Asian cuisine with a wonderful interior, delicious ramen and excellent service.I was lucky enough to come to the restaurant at the time of opening on Sunday. And I was pleased with the spacious, light flooded room with a beautiful view of 104th Street.I would attribute the Ramen Misoya interior to a combination of Japanese traditional style (thanks to the combination of dark and light furniture; a front partition on top resembling Japanese screens made of bamboo and rice paper; chandeliers as if made of bamboo sticks) and loft style. The Gold Kome Cha-Shu dish I ordered (which is also a restaurant recommendation) deserves special attention. This is soft and tender wheat noodles in golden broth?. Pieces of fried potatoes, cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, miso, slices of Cha-Shu (meat cooked in a special way), all this created an incredible taste, satisfying and at the same time a little sour and rich. The portion was impressive. To absorb this delicacy, the waitress brought special devices, noodle sticks and Chinese spoon for broth. The cost of dishes in the Ramen Misoya restaurant is quite reasonable. We were the first visitors that day, so we didn't lack attention. The waitress was polite, attentive and helpful?.It was my first ever ramen. And I'm not going to avoid anymore because I've had such a wonderful experience.
Great food and service! Have ordered take out from here twice and both times it was top quality! The broth is packaged separate and is added once you are ready to eat. The soy eggs are always perfect and super yummy! The restaurant itself is unassuming from the street and once you enter it opens into an enigmatic space that is both lofty and airy as well as cozy, dark, and moody creating an interesting interior that is quite different from anything else I have experienced. The food itself has been consistently wonderful and the service is top notch. Prompt and polite, the staff are always on their A game!
Found this cute little restaurant walking downtown a few days ago. Really wanted to try it out as we don't have any real Ramen places where we're from. Large menu, good prices, and delicious Ramen! I could have used a little more spice, but that's my own preference. Husband has never had it before and he's a believer now. Our server was so nice and cheery. Really wish we would pick this place up and take it home with us. We will return whenever we come back to edmonton.
My first time ever having Ramen. This definitely the place to start. Everything was cooked to perfection. And everyone was very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be going back!
Overall experience: excellent!Yummy yummy! Without doubt, I’ll go again personally! The special combo is worthy for sure! Nice place!
The best ramen in edmonton. Kind and friendly staff, great price and super good food. What more can you ask for ?
The food was average, it soup doesn’t tastes like it’s been cooked for a long time because it doesn’t have the nice flavour and depth tastes. Ordered the beef yakiniku and it was chewy and flavourless. I also ordered the chicken karaage and it was crispy. I think the oil was old and wasn’t hot enough before it was deep fried.
Nice ambiance.. good customer service. Clean place. Good price on their menu.
BEST RAMEN EVER !!! I went through a phase where I ordered Ramen 3 times a week and simply could not get enough!! Portions are very large and hearty , and their service is always quick !!! Definitely my favourite place in the city for Ramen! You can not go wrong
Excellent tasting soup. Service was good. Seemed pricy - but perhaps expected for a good bowl of Ramen.
