I have been going to this donair shop since it opened around maybe 10 years ago. Original owner ran a tight shop, was super clean and food was great, portions were large, could barely ever finish. In the past few visits this place has seriously degraded, must be new owners. They barely acknowledge your presence, make it seem like it’s a chore to make your food, the food itself is not what it used to be portion wise. $12 and I got what you could call a childrens donair it was so small and barely any meat, all pita and sauce. The place itself needs a good deep cleaning too, it is filthy!!Will not be returning. There are Way better choices for donairs in this city, be warned.

these guys make best donairs in city been going there since 2016 when i was high school it’s been 6 years, there night crew works great, definitely should try donair poutine, stores always clean you will sometimes have to wait a bit longer then you expect because it gets pretty bussy sometimes during lunch and dinner, i usually take out but dine in is great too, if you are around i would say give them a shot no it’s not a paid review i’m just doing it because there food snd crew is good , parking is good nobody park too close

We have tried calling multiple times in the past, and we tried the other night before we were going to pick up what we were wanting to order and once again THEY NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE at all, once we got to the restaurant we even tried to call while we were in the restaurant and same result of them not picking up the phone and there was absolutely no reason to not answer... Then we seen each table was not cleaned at all, there was food on each one... Over by the napkins and utensils looked pretty empty and didnt look tidy.. I think they need to open their eyes and ears because these things will definitely loose business... Also, the guy infront of us had ordered a donair and the girl was wrapping it, a huge portion of the donair meat fell out of it and then she moved the donair onto a different wrapping paper leaving his donair meat on the first one and she wasn't going to give it to him or even think to place it on his donair.. Like seriously that's what your customers are paying their money towards.. My boyfriend and I spoke up and said dude that is your meal right there gone from the donair and he told her "I want that donair meat put into the bag with my donair" and she was confused like come on seriously... People keep an eye on these little things don't get ripped off from your meal.

I usually love this place but recently its going down in quality. (All these critiques are for the donair poutine) Portions are getting smaller and food is now often lukewarm. This is one of my most favourite places to eat so this all sucks to see. I highly recommend that you order maybe two hours before closing because if you dont, your gravy will be cold, so cold infact that the cheese won't melt. If you come here, order in person, order two hours or more before closing, and dont get extra meat or cheese. Its just not worth it anymore.

I ordered regular donair wrap and small donair poutine prime time style and it doesn’t have no taste at all and the meat is hard, no gravy on the poutineThis is waste of $30 dollars foodI’ll never ever come there again it waste my fasting like seriously

No hand hygiene for the staff, cross contamination. Pls watch and remind her to change the food grade gloves after taking order or answering phone or touching the tablet for securing the online orders. Food is amazing. No doubt.

I ordered two small poutines this evening and those were below my expectations. I had poutine before from heritage valley which was really delicious. Main street poutine does not have any flavour as i ordered primetime one. The girl who took my order was really awesome but other girl (cook)did not bother herself for greeting customers. I will rather go to other prime time store.

I went in at 12:40pm on March 8th. Got a beef donair poutine for myself and a chicken donair for my dad. Later on my dad ends up vomiting the meal up and has stomach pain from the night till today, has to go to the hospital because of it. Had nothing else to eat that. Will not order the chicken again.

I ordered a poutine and there was no gravy or sweet sauce on it. What is the point of a donair poutine with no sauce/gravy? Usually it's great but this is a waste of $20

22$ for a small donair and onion rings. Come on, get real. Their donair tastes like heated bologna, their sweet sauce is weak just like the portion size. Never again.
