Meeting the minimum standards to justify charging $9 for a sandwich. Lacked any real substance or flavour with scant toppings. Counter staff were pleasant though.
It’s good, but I’ve gone here 3 times and it’s been closed twice during their “open” hours.
Ordered ahead of time so we wouldn’t have to wait, the order said it should be ready by 12:45.We show up to get the food the restaurant was empty and they hadn’t even started making the sandwiches. What’s the point of ordering ahead?
My wrap & soup were good. Also ordered a smoothie which tasted alright. I was surprised my total came to just over $20; fairly expensive.
The worst trained staff in Edmonton. Didn't even get to place a order she was so poorly trained and couldn't answer basic questions. This store should be ashamed by the lack of employee support.
I feel violated.. my own fault. Ordered a LARGE "the BOSS" sandwich and I get 2 pieces of peperoni you'd find in a kids snack pack lunch and soggy tomatoes slopped with mayo and dressing. For a few dollars less I could have gone to Italian center shop and got about 10x more meat and about 3 times the food. Learnt my lesson. Very small meat portion for a "large" sandwich.
Not sure what happened today - store had been open for 40 minutes - the door was still locked? The daily soup was incorrectly posted, I got a coke instead of a Diet Coke I ordered AND the tomato is gone bad.
Delicious sandwiches. Great prices. $5 sandwich of the day. Monday's are my favorite. Friendly staff.
Great food,never a bad experience here. Tough for a pedestrian to get to but just be safe around the traffic in this very tiny area around the store.
Just ordered here for the first time and the sandwich was pretty good but I had to wait for a pretty good sandwich for 50 minutes. This location is 5 minutes from where I work, it took 5 minutes for it to be delivered but 45 minutes for them to make the sandwich when it was just a vegetarian sandwich. I also asked them to switch dill sauce with cream cheese but I dont think they did that unless they did but with too little quantity.3 stars only because I was super hungry and the sandwich was good. Do I want to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich again? No.
