I see there alot of good and bad reviews at this gateway location. I just went here today, first time visiting this location and it was a great experience. The Indian gentleman is friendly, quick and keeps quality of food good still! I ordered The Bird as I always have and it was delicious!!
New management! Sandwiches made as they should be! Fresh, bread newly baked and toasted to perfection
The employee was very friendly! However, they had none of their vegan options available as they had no vegan bread or cheese, which was too bad. I haven't been to a Press'd in quite a while because for a place that seems to market itself as healthy/wholesome, it has always been surprisingly bad at accommodating dietary restrictions. I decided to stop by because they are now offering some plant based sandwiches, which was nice to see not just for vegans but also for those who are lactose intolerant, etc. It was a bit disappointing to see find that even with this new portion of the menu supposedly being offered now, it still turned out that there was nothing available for me to eat there. Places like Chopped Leaf are much better for accommodating dietary needs for a quick but relatively healthy lunch.
Overpriced sandwiches with very low quality ingredients. Ordered the large Chipotle Chicken sandwich and it was soggy, cheese wasn't melted, and the sauce tasted weird. Definitely not worth the $15.00. Chopped leaf is right across the parking lot and is way better.
Absolute worse press’d i’ve ever been to. Employee is incompetent, needs to be retrained on how to make sandwiches . Sandwich fell apart instantly, soup is the same texture as paste and bathroom is horrific
Thought I would try again and nope still serving brown lettuce . Disappointing .I would think as someone making a sandwich you would see the lettuce is brown and not use. Just something to consider
Just got two Caesar wraps tonight (Dec 17th). I get them probably once or twice a week. And have so for the last year or two. I’ve watched the quality of the food hear slowly go down each time I come in and now getting fed up. The lettuce they use is constantly red/pink and old. Just overall bad and I’m shocked someone would put that in a wrap and actually sell it to someone. Maybe retrain your staff on food quality? The staff are pretty nice and the owner is a good guy but his new staff are lowering the standards here. Probably going to start just making my own at home.
Placed an order online a couple months back, it was received, then the store decided to close early and canceled it on us on our way here. Today the order didn't even go through to them. Had to show my email confirmation. Too bad it asks for a tip before we can find out how the service is
Ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the Popeye salad thru Skip . I have to say it was a best meal I’ve had in a long time. The salad was impeccable. The sandwich was amazing with the Ryebread. Oh and I’m hooked on the chocolate chip cookies! Thank you so much for having such amazing food during this pandemic.
Abysmol just about covers it. We ordered on the website and told it would be 45 mins. When the 45 mins were up they called and said they couldn't fulfil the order. A grill was down and other excuses. I asked to have my money refunded and was told to go back to the website. And i would get my dam money back! Nothing on the website to help me out. No miney back. No sandwhicges either. Very poor! And customer service very lacking.will never go to a pressd again. Overated wish i could do a 0 stars
