Their chicken nuggets are so much better than other competitors' chicken nuggets. However, their onion rings really shouldn't be on their menu. Sometimes it's cold, even when it's fresh, it doesn't taste good. Stay away from their onion rings and get their fries instead.
I found a coupon on Popeyes CANADA website. This location refuses to honor any of their coupons! Also always out of stock on hot sauce and Ketchup. Don't get me wrong I do love Popeyes chicken, unfortunately this location by my house is poorly managed and is all about profits and not customer service.
Waited 1/2 hrs for food, asked 2x for someone to come a wipe tables, all dirty. Got home had 2 pieces of chicken we paid extra for(white meat) that was not in our order
We ordered the meal deal with tenders fries and 4 biscuits for as advertised $25.99. When my wife picked it up they gave us chicken only, no fries no bisquits. If we wanted fries it would cost us another $7 plus. This is a RIP off. This is the first time we use Popeyes and we will never use them again. I will tell everyone I know how they RIP people off.
Slowest service. You can see the lack of organization in their staff members. I can see a pile of fried food on the counter yet nothing was being served. Had no idea what I am waiting for since it seemed like everyone in the kitchen aside from the cashier was just standing around. Overall slow and inefficient service + bad presentation of the food ( if I can see the chicken laying around for a good 20 min before you serve it to me I don't have good expectation).
I know I ordered food with coupons but does not mean you guys have to cheat there. Did order 8 chicken Sandwiches from popeyes next to Superstore. I got 8 pieces of chicken ( Gave me a receipt with no total amount on it to deceive from subtotal) instead. So I decided to order from you guys. I ordered 8 sandwiches again but you guys gave me 7 sandwiches only. I have worked in fast-food as a supervisor. I know mistakes happen but this kind of experience makes the customer mad for sure.
Staff is the best I have ever experienced at ANY fast food establishment. Restaurant is very clean and neat looking. Maybe the food seems to taste better because of these facts. A great place for a fast meal.
I mean it's a good fast food place but waiting 30 mins for a mobile order sandwich....and the expeditor not bothering saying my order name or number when the order was up lol. Really inefficient location.
Great Service. Delicious food. My go to whenever I am in the city. Lady behind the counter was very helpfull with putting together a large family order. 5 Stars for sure.
Waited an hour and 15 minutes only to find out she forgot to ring in part of my order. We watched friends of the staff come in, ordwe and get their order within 10 minutea while we had already been standing there for 20 minutes. After we realized we were missing part of our order she tells me to go back in line to order it. What business expects their customer to wait an hour TWO times in the same order for an 8$ sandwich after they made a mistake not ringing it in. By far the worst popeyes I have ever been to. I will never go here again!!Stay far away unless you want to wait an hour for mediocre chicken and zero customer service.
