Ordered a 12 pc chicken nuggets and I ended up having to throw them out. The hardest toughest meat I’ve ever bitten into. Couldn’t even chew it. Didn’t even taste like chicken. I am completely turned off it was absolutely awful and a total waste of money. Very disappointed.
Service wasn't the best, my friend asked for something specific and didn't get what she ordered and they wouldn't do anything. Then I purchased gravy after the fact, paid with cash but they didn't have change for a $20. Had to wait over 10 minutes for my change. Food was okay, but the bengiets were delicious
So I tried to call in an order, couldn't the number given was not available for pick up. So I sent my husband with a detailed written list of what I wanted for 6 14 year old,my sons birthday. Here is the list.1 spicy chicken combo/sprite6 Bona-fide chicken platterMix of white and dark meatDrinksHe gave who ever took his order the piece paper to read.Well he came home I looked on the bag to distribute all the food and there was 1 bona-fide chicken platter 4 pieces of chicken, I chicken sandwich 2 fries and 1 box with 6 biscuits and 2 coleslaw!!!!?How could a in person order get so messed up!!I had to run to A&W to get a bit more food.I will not eat there ever again.
I love Popeyes chicken and this location is the only one relatively close to me so I do go there every so often. I think I’ve actually had my order correct maybe twice. They always forget something. It’s pretty much a guarantee. This last time I asked, you have the dip? She responded yes. I get home and the dip isn’t there and the meal is missing a side. It’s beyond annoying that they can’t double check the order before they give it to you.
Not the best take-out for the price. Even though the food was warm...fries were soggy... the butterfly shrimp is an actual joke...its more like popcorn at best. The classic sandwich was the only thing that saved me from returning and asking for a refund. Third and final time ever eating from this franchise
Had the best chicken burger ever. The chicken burger is 100% white meat and super thick. The bun was very fresh and tasty. We also enjoy their macaroni, the best one we've tried.
I can't say all Popeyes restaurants are this bad, but this one really is, we ordered a family combo, the rice was old, and who knows how many times it was re-heated; same with the fries, they were not fresh. The mild chicken was extremely spicy (Not the first time eating it, so I know the difference). When I complained about it, the person just disregarded it, telling me I was wrong; nocustomer skills at all; not even an apologies for the extra spicy in a food that shouldn't be that spicy. Furthermore, I couldn't select what I wanted to drink, many options were not available.
Delicious food and friendly service. It was sort of slow getting though the drive thru. Otherwise, not too bad of a location to grab a good chicken sandwich.
Ordered 8 classic Sandwiches from 3rd party delivery app. They messed up so bad, I got 8 pieces of chicken ( less amount of food than what I actually ordered). This is not the first time they messed up though. They also gave me wrong food twice in a drive-through order. I honestly ask you to use other locations.
We have enjoyed Popeyes several times in the last few years. This is the only time we have been disappointed. My wife the order remotely and when I arrive it’s still wasn’t ready despite her email saying it was. Furthermore they only gave us half order how they don’t check the order when they handed it out. The Popeyes near Northgate has always been consistent. The Popeyes at Clairview will never get my business again
