Asked for 3 spicy chicken and 2 bland, but got all 5 of them bland. Fries and chicken were all dark and greasy - fryer oil is likely dirty. Every bite of chicken is filled with oil. Won’t come back to this location
Ordered a skip the dishes order, driver gave me 1/4 of what I ordered and left. It's my fault to be trusting and did not check. Can't call the restaurant, can't speak to anyone, skip the dishes support was lame. Currently waiting to see if they will actually give me my order, if not they're going to see me tomorrow, GUARANTEED!!!!
I love Popeyes chicken. I’ve ordered it many times. Last time I ordered, it was so disappointing. Right from the moment I picked a piece of chicken from the box, it was dripping with grease. I might as well have ordered from Kentucky fried chicken. I guess I will go back to Mary Brown’s, this is so disappointing.
The manager that had taken our order made our experience there fantastic. He was super enthusiastic and jolly. We ordered through the Drive Thru and we didn’t have to wait that long at all as we order two oiler meals and a extra sandwich. All condiments were in the bag. The food was properly place in the bags. Hot and Fresh aswell.This place does get super busy during dinner time though!
Friendly service makes you glad you came. Errol was especially welcoming. He was helpful and friendly, positive and energetic. Crunchy chicken strips with good amount of moist white chicken meat inside. Very good. Onion rings crispy. Fish platter was good! Bean and rice was excellent. Spicy! Mashed potatoes and gravy very good. Hot biscuits and butter. Yummy! Lots of choices to pick from for sides.
When you enter a drive through you expect fast food. Well at 6pm tonight they did not have any chicken cooked. The wait for 12 pieces of chicken was going to be 30 minutes. This Popeyes is lacking a good restaurant manager. It has been open long enough to have developed trends and should be using that info to know how to constantly have chicken ready for a quick drive through experience. Very disappointed.
I bought 3pcs chicken platter today and i requested no legs for my order in drive thru. When i open my meal at home i was surprised that there is a leg in there. i don't have choice to going back there for traveling 15 mins. again.lesson learned don't trust this location they cheat you even there is a request in a receipt.never ever be comfortable when you going to this location.if there are zero star for the rate for this store that is they deserved.very disappointed!!!!
i am at my breaking point with this popeyes.went tonight and ordered two deluxe chicken sandwiches and received two classic chicken sandwiches. ordered a regular onion ring and got FIVE onion rings. this location is a joke. ofcourse they didn’t give me my receipt so i can’t even leave a review or request to be contacted.
We love the food here but the staff makes it hard to want to come back. We came in to pickup our food and this staff (Spanish/Filipino guy maybe, with curly hair) was just a jerk, I really don't like to describe people like this but he totally was. He acted like he was the boss, took my name then left without saying anything else, I waited for 5-10 min maybe he didn't come back; someone else came and packed my order before this guy came back... they he proceeded to take my order out of the bag and check everything again... AND, before packing my items back in the bag so I could leave, he proceeded to help the guy behind me. WHAT?/ I was not happy and he didn't care or apologize for making me wait for so long.They really need to train the staff in customer service, attitude.

BETTER GO TO SOUTHSIDE POPEYESI bought for large fries for $6.79 but they gave us a MEDIUM size and less fries inside the box and a sides of coleslaw which is taste bad, theres a bubbles and seems like spoiled . This is the 2nd time happened we will report you to AHS for serving spoiled foods and sides order. And the lady on the drive thru payment was so arrogant taking my pcard she never smile at all. I like the other managers who managed here before they responded right away. Be careful checked your orders before you leave in there premises you guys resolved your staff and crews problem, read your REVIEWS man, it's BAD BAD BAD
