Please change your closing time, we drove for 20 mins because all other pita pit locations were closed by 9:30 pm and this was till 10pm. We entered store location at 9:53 pm (I agree it’s pretty close to 10 but wasn’t 10 yet) the girl serving there was like its closed. She stated “we close at 9:50 pm). So I am requesting please update the time so that others shouldn’t drive to the location thinking it is open till 10pm on Fridays.
Good stuff all around. Have been ordering from here since the one nearest my house closed down. Great food and great service, can't really ask for much else.
Best Pita Pit I have found in Edmonton. Every employee I have met has been great in some way. Fast and friendly.
I went here around 7:30, i was very hungry and wanted a big stuffed pita besides being the store so busy the girl working there went above and beyond i wish and made me a delicious pita. I love this place!!!

Been coming here for quiet a while and i am never disappointed. The staff are kind and quick! Love this place so much always clean and reasonable pricing. Quick and healthy option for on the go or dine in. Keep up the awesome work staff!

Run down, unsanitary....... Lots of food is visibly not fresh or on the verge of not being fresh (brown salad, crusty dried out mushrooms and olives, visibly dirty sauce spatulas, tomatos you can probably spread they're so desintegrated), the place is very dirty and extremely run down, things don't work (menu), washroom was disgusting. The portion size is totally off: large turns out to be the same size as small! Just so disappointing. Pita Pit is usually consistently soooo good..I unfortunately can't go back to this location it's just so unsanitary and gross... ? (The Pita pit franchisor should visit, perhaps even AHS.) Person working there had no help and was not provided with a paper menu even though the digital menu wasn't working - it was such an odd experience! I Ltd the second time in a row I've been here and experienced this, I wanted to see if he they would change before I wrote a review... No change - i should have walked out...
I work in the area and come here for lunch often. I have noticed I had been charged for a large chicken when I ordered a small chicken, and still received a small chicken pita... This has happened 3 times in the last three weeks...The worker did the same thing today, and never asked if I want whole wheat or white, she just gave me whatever she felt like. She then proceeded to start putting in vegetables I didn't ask for, and then got upset when I asked for hummus because the vegetables she put in were now in the way.Staff could use some better listening, application, and customer service training.
Yesterday I visited One of my favorite places to order food from. Always get my order exactly rite, which is rare these days.Even got a cute little note of thanks with my order. Really nice to see kindness these days :)Will continue to order my lunches from here.
