We went in at 230 when the restaurant was empty. No one was in the restaurant. Ignored us at the door. Finally got seated but without any menus for 10 minutes. The place empty but they were busy talking to there friends the whole time. Never had this experience before with this place been going here for years. But by far the worst experience I’ve had.
Ordered through Skip The Dishes. The pho was terrible. The bowl with ingredients (without the broth) had FROZEN beef slices wrapped in plastic, FROZEN beef balls, and the noodles. I also had the pork and shrimp salad rolls, which were not fresh and tasted stale and old. Will not order from here again.
Ordered online. Worst vietnamese food ever! Cold pho! By far the WORST service in any restaurant I've experienced in the city. Brought us the wrong orders and gave us attitude when we tried to tell them. Came back with the right bowl of noodles that was ice cold. Asked to have a hot one, they zipped it in the microwave and brought it back. Each time we needed them, it was like pulling teeth to get their attention, and they had a terrible attitude like we were annoying them. It was by far the worst restaurant experience I've had in the city. I should mention the food was terrible too, which if you're a fan of vietnamese food, you'd realize pretty much right away.
Poor Quality Pho. I’m pretty sure the noodles smell funny. The broth is light and definitely not authentic. Will never go back. Very disappointed. The meat tasted disgusting and was hard to chew and was probably spoiled . I don't know how they've stayed in business with such bad quality food.. I am thinking of reporting to Alberta Health. Stay away from here.
I love eating at this restaurant. My favourite is the Pho Satay and Wonton Soup. I recommend people to eat here. I love the Vietnamese coffee.
The pho here is to die for! So delicious, and very generous portions too!!
The pho and satay soup is the friggin best mmm mm I can eat it every day
I have come here regularly for 6+ years and can say without a doubt that they have nosedived in quality over the last 4 months. Everything from what seems to be them adding oil to the chili oil (which you are charged for) to cold soup and undercooked or overcooked food. Spring rolls that are obviously not fresh. None of this I ever experienced from them before...My last meal from them pho with beef+brisket, had green brisket which tasted like mussels or scallops....I will no longer be coming here. My friends and family bailed on them months ago.
Good food but not worth the price.
Been coming here for years, broth is consistent and flavourful for regular beef pho.$12 for a small bowl which was quite filling but they are skimping on the meat. Only had 2 small pieces of tendon in my number 23
