So good! The hummus and chicken shawarma wrap was great. Huge portion size and super filling.
The dining experience was exquisite as the restaurant looked beautiful. They served fresh made food that tasted delicious (my personal favourite is the chicken shawarma)! The staff are really nice and check in regularly to refill your water and pita bread. All in all, it is an amazing place to sit down or take out lunch/dinner!
Paramount catered our wedding and the experience, food, and service was amazing. We worked with Ayse and she was so great at helping us set a menu and stay within our budget. We were able to get a variety of items and they arrived early to our venue. The food was amazing and we got rave reviews from all of our guests. Overall a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend Paramount for any occasion, large or small.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years, quality and service keeps improving every time. This place is a go to when it comes to mediterranain food. The staff are always cheerful, hard working and super friendly. Food quality and quantity are amazing. I tried multiple mediterranian restaurants with same concept but this one is the best by far. The food is always fresh, the salad is crunchy and feel like just preped for you. The hot puffed up bread is to die for. The BBQ platter is a must try here. The meat is so tender and sizzling. The famous hummus is on a different level. The whole atmosphere is inviting. Highly recommend.
Wasn't expecting to find great middle eastern food in Edmonton but was pleasantly surprised by this place and other restaurants in the area. Staff made the experience special. Rawan was top class in service and attention. Will come but when I'm Edmonton.
This is the most amazing experience for a small catering or a take out for a party. We ordered shawarma Sat sandwiches for our party and it was a hit. Everyone loved it. It was a perfect choice and very convenient. Each sandwich was pre cut and made it easier for serving. The taste was great. Saj bread was so fresh. Tasted like back home. Chicken and beef tableah are my favourite dishes. This will be my go to from now on.????
From Saskatoon and the 4th time to me visit this restaurant here in Edmonton city, the food still as is, same quality and same taste .Manaqeesh zattar and Akawi cheese and the lamps chops my favorite dishes ☺️
Just left the place and its amazing .tastes and smell is heavenly , you can taste the freshness in the salad and the dressing is sooo good. service is excellent and knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere and prices are very reasonable. Best in Edmonton for grilled meats. FULL service restaurantFRESH BAKED BREAD IS A MUST TRYHIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Been going to this restaurant for a few years now. It’s on the total opposite end of the city from me but worth the drive. Food is excellent and the service is friendly. Highly recommend if you’re craving Mediterranean food - best in the city.
