Worst service I have ever received. Very slow Sunday night with lots of front house staff just twirling their fingers walking around. Sat down and didn’t get greeted until 5 minutes. Was told from one server that the server that would be taking care of us was busy even though there was only 5 tables in the building. She started us with drinks but had to wait another 10 minutes for our actual server to get our food order. Our server checked in on us one other time during our whole time there. Had to ask the other server for our bill and machine. Very confused why there was so much staff on yet such slow service. My whole experience gave off the impression that the front of house staff also cook the food as they spent lots of time in the back and not on the floor serving their guests. Highly advise going elsewhere.
Service was terrible and they were not busy. Food was cold and overcooked had the nachos with pork it was dry and the little cheese that was on it was baked on you had to chip it off. Had the wings they were cold, the gioza was rubbery, the onion rings were cold,Ordered guacamole never got it told them to take it off the bill and brought the bill still was charged for it had to ask again for it to be taken off. If there was a negative star I would have given that. It was a treat for my husband's birthday and it was a terrible experience. Spent over 80.00Will not go back.
Was greeted when we entered and told to pick any seat. After picking a seat waitress never came back. Never offered drinks or menu. 15-20 minutes go by. She was sitting at the bar on her phone. This was June 1 2022 around 1:30 pmWhen we decided to leave she said thanks for stopping by.
Waited 20 minutes at the front desk for my pick up order after the designated pick up time. Had 3 different waitresses/hostesses help me only for none of them to return with my food or an update in regards to its delay. When I got my food I recieved a monotone "thank you for your patience". I'm willing to let bad service slide if the people skills are apparent but clearly they have neither here
We came here for their wing Tuesday. It was somewhat busy, but the service felt disproportionally slow. Drinks were good, definitely on the overpriced side. We enjoyed our wings but probably waited like 50 minutes to get them. Wouldn't recommend eating here if you have somewhere to be. Good atmosphere, weirdly dark on the inside, and I don't like their high-chair style seats, they were extremely uncomfortable.
We recently came here for a birthday with a large group of about 20 people and it was perfect! Our server took care of everyone promptly, food was great, and they were very accommodating to all our needs. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and am so glad we decided to celebrate here! Thank you!!
We were a group of 4 that went for lunch here today and it was not a good experience! 2 of us ordered fries as sides and they came to our table cold, we had to ask for cutlery so we could eat our salads, the Ceasars were not mixed well and were over spiced. The server never came to our table to see if our orders were right or to ask if we needed anything else. After being there an hour and a half we had to find our server to ask for our bill and still it didn't come. It took a second time tracking her down to actually get her to bring the bill so we could leave. We will not be returning here and would not recommend it to anyone else.
Amazing service! We celebrated a birthday here and although our group was large, service was great, everyone’s food was right, and it all went super smoothly. I’m so grateful they helped us make a special day even more special. Will definitely be back!
OJ's is a great place for casual dining. The lettuce wraps are fantastic - possibly the best in the city, but the beef dip was a little bit bland. Generally, I find the prices are a bit high, but the atmosphere and service is always great!
