Food was good, server was pleasant and accommodating (Thanks, Jane). She sought to spice up the chicken drums beyond the specified recipe, satisfying my dining partner. Fish tacos were good, nice presentation.
I've been coming here for easily a decade and there have been ups and downs to this location. At one point it was a place with great food and great service but now it is a simple restaurant with nothing to really look forward to. Three times in a row, whenever ordering a vegan burger fries have always come out super greasy and undercooked. It has been disappointing. Furthermore, the Caesar salad side that I ordered with a vegan burger came out with bacon bits. Idk if that is the kitchen's fault or the server's but I don't often expect that a salad will contain meat, especially when ordering a vegan burger. The server was very nice and attentive, and even asked to rectify the meal, but seeing as how this has been an oversight multiple times, I'm happy to pay for the meal and just go next door to Brewhouse.
Called to place an order for pick for something we've ordered from this location a few times before and the girl who answered the phone said they didn't make that item and called me a liar when I insisted they did "Well that's a lie - I've worked here for 6 year..." We didn't get to order anything and went somewhere else instead... We won't be back there.
Absolutely love this restaurant...the service is awesome, the staff very friendly and the food is amazing! Very clean establishment, the washrooms are impeccable and wheelchair accessible. I definitely would recommend this restaurant! Thank you for your awesome service.
Ordered OJs dry ribs and they were not even remotely close to dry. They were literally dripping. Delicious but dripping. I've never even been offered a wet nap for dry ribs before but it was necessary.Also got fish tacos and they were on point! Never even had fish tacos before but I am sold. The tacos were excellent but the fries they came with were drenched in fryer oil. I felt my arteries clogging up just looking at them.Honey brown lager was also excellent to wash the meal down with.

Stopped here for lunch mid week. Service was good. Food arrived timely. I had ordered the Monday special - fish tacos. This is the first time I've received fish tacos where the fish has been chopped into bits. It was actually cut smaller than the tomatoes. There was less than a 1/4 cup of crumbly fish per taco. It was mostly lettuce and tomato. Huge disappointment. Wont be back
Waitress was nice and on top of drinks. Food was excellent! I had a Kona burger with fries and a Caesar salad. Coke to drink. Ambience was nice. Will def go again! Kid friendly for lunch.
We went here for my wife's birthday. Both of our dishes were tasty and prepared very quickly. Our waitress, Sany, was polite, friendly, and efficient. Good job! We also really liked the option to substitute soy chicken in the dishes.
Time to change your deep-frier grease. Fries were dark brown and the chicken fingers were weirdly smokey. Also what's the deal with the super loud group of drunk people in the middle of the restaurant? Is the obnoxious guy the owner or are the staff being tipped really good. Overall a disappointing experience.
