I came here two days in a row and was told it’s closed before the time. Yesterday it was 8:48, which even though is not 9:00, is a reasonable time but today I came at 8:35 and was told they’re closed. The owners should know the business is losing money because the employees want to go home a couple of minutes early. Very unprofessional!
Went And Stood In Line Here For 5 Minutes To see Employees On Their Phones In The Back And For The Lady Taking Orders To Completely Ignore Us And Help Customers Who Walked Up After We Did. The Service Here Was Absolutely Disgusting And I Can Say My Friend And I Will Not Be Returning To This Place Ever Again. -10 Experience. Get It Together And Show Some Respect For Your Customers

bad experience，I went there at 8:45 August 13, I want to order a medium super-berry smoothie, the girl told me they don’t serve it, then I said how about strawberry smoothie which is the most common product at DQ, then the girl told me with hesitation (lying) that they are out of strawberry??? I used to work at DQ as an assist manager, i know every system,I can see with my own eye that there are strawberry and yogurt there on the table behind, they don’t want to wash extra machine? I really don’t get it, they refuse to serve customer after 8:45? Who give her the authority to do that? The owner should check the camera, I am sure there is an Indian customer experience the same “service” before me, went to order and being “kicked out”, imagine how much money you lose because of this employee bad behavior!
