I am pleased to inform it is worth your time to visit all optimum stores to purchase your supplements, Today, I was served by a happy customer service representative /sales representative by the name Brandon. I found this sales associate has very strong communication skills, active listening skills and willing to walk extra miles each time he is on duty. He is genuine, hardworking, enjoys learning more about all the supplements in his store so he can be of great value to the customers and the store. All optimum stores are fully stocked with well trained cheerful staff including Brandon. The store owner Mr. John Biggs invested his time and money for the wellbeing of humanity, Mr. Biggs and his family believe in sound health and recognized in mid 70s the only priceless investment in peoples lives is optimum health. Their mission statement proven to be true in this pandemic. I wish Biggs, all their staff and Brandon the best in 2022.
The prices here are significantly higher than other brick & mortar supplement stores in Edmonton (and online of course).

I LOVE this place. I have been purchasing supplements from Optimum for about 20 years and I'm always impressed with their staff and product offering. One thing I appreciate is they stand by their products and operate from an ethical mindset. In addition, I have taken numerous courses in the apothecary and continue to make those products to this day. The essential oils, carrier oils, botanicals and other products have always been excellent quality and the staff have been a wealth of information! Finally, the spa offers delicious facials, which I've been blessed to enjoy and I love that they offer free makeup consultations/advice, not to mention top notch products. Need I go on?

Optimum health vitamins is truly amazing. I am a regular customer and find their selection to be far superior to other stores throughout the city. They also have products that are of a much higher quality. The manager at the 109th street location is great and so knowledgeable if you have any questions.

We frequently visit both locations and have never experience service like we did today. We have never felt more uncomfortable in a store. We arrived ten minutes prior to closing with the intent to purchase one specific product. There was about 5-6 employees working at the time, and after two minutes of being in the store the first greeting we received was "we're closing in five minutes". We quickly picked up what we needed and head to the till. Once the team member was done with the customer prior to us, we were not greeted to approach the counter and after setting our item down the first thing that was said was the amount we owed. Each individual working today looked at us with disgust. The customer service we received was atrocious and beyond uncomfortable. We were in ten minutes before close and out two minutes before. These interactions and experience will definitely deter us from returning, and we wouldn't recommend anyone go there.
