They didn't add the chicken to my pita when I asked for a chicken pita with shrimp. Good food, bad listening skills.
Food was delicious and portions were a good size. They happily accommodated my request for fries instead of rice with my child's meal. Very happy with service.
Both my daughter and husband got food poisoning here. My daughter was incredibly sick and I wouldn't advise anyone eat here. I would give 0 stars if I could.
This doesnt even deserve a star, My sister and I always buy calamari and salad from other locations but every time we buy it from wem it is always salty, like we cant even put it ind our mouth cause the calamari is too salty every time, we just eat the salad and throw the calamari. And also the portion is too small unlike the ones from 170st, 100 ave opa they have great portion and edible calamari. What a shame
there fountain pop taste like the machine its just been cleaned, taste like cleaning detergent or sometin..??, customer service horrible..and the manager, her name is Kushi, very rude she wont even listen to me while im talking, she wont let me finish while im trying to explain, what kind of manager and customer service is that, and told me customer is not always right, manager dont say that to your customer, very unproffessional! my blood pressure just went high up???????
I bought fried calamary and OMG, the portion only 1/3 of the usual portion i bought in different locations (Southgate and Kingsway). the taste wasn't fresh at all (old oil) and most of them were calamary heads. I tried to complain and the owner was rude and left. the two ladies worked there were slow in serving the customers. Such as a rip-off place! BE AWARE!!!!!!please the Corporate office, do not only answer any comment here with your repeat feedback (copy and paste feedbacks) without your action!!!!
Worst customer services ever. Took forever to make a fried calamari and salad. The guy took my order and then he started to cook, I thought he was cooking my food but guess not as he called another staff out to cook my food after 10 mins while he was cooking his own food.
Calamari is not good. It looks like the oil is old or it’s over cooked or it’s been double fried. I was advice to try again on different day?. I always buy Calamari on Manning Town centre and it’s always freshly cooked and the calamari is soft and fresh.
Was so disappointed here! $20 for a punny amount of rice and rubber shrimp. My daughters fries were gross and the falafel was the worst we’ve ever had. The lady was rude to us and I wish I hadn’t paid and that we could’ve walked away! If I could give negative stars I would!! Never go here at this location. The Kingsway mall location is by far the best!!
Not returning...Order was neglected multiple times. Forgot to cook the fries, forgot to cook the meat so the fries sat there cold for ten min. THEN when she was finally adding my toppings. She stopped jn the middle to fill two other peoples toppings that ordered like 7-8 customers later than me.
