Decent food, terrible experience. It’s Mother’s Day, so understandably they are quite busy. That fact I didn’t have a problem with, but when I order something at 4:30 pm showing that the food would be ready for 5:30 pm and I still had to wait until almost 6:00 pm before getting the food I have a problem. Additionally, despite waiting for 90 minutes in all I ended up getting meat sauce in a dish where I very clearly requested marinara instead. This is a massive problem because it was for a vegetarian and the entire dish was contaminated. For reference the special request was written right at the top of the receipt in the first image. The second image shows the time I paid for the food at, and I still ended up waiting another 7 minutes before getting it (all in all 27 minutes late). The third is the sauce which is very obviously not marinara and is instead filled with meat. We are fairly regular customers and the food is usually decent, but this whole experience was a let down.
Went in This afternoon for lunch. Our server Melaine was very friendly and patient. Ordered a dish we didn’t exactly like. Got it exchanged for something else that we enjoyed very much. Management is great as well. Was only expecting the ravioli to be taken off the bill but he took everything off, including the appetizer. Only paid for the replacement. Will definitely return to this Olive Garden location!!
Mommy Daughter Date!!!Took my 5 year old to a late lunch/early supper today and I was blown away! Bianca was our waitress and I can’t thank her enough for how special she made my princess feel. We have not been to a dine in restaurant for so long she couldn’t remember going (eat a lot of take out delivery since Covid, glad to be back) but today everything was perfect. From our warm greeting where she willing took some pics and made us smile, to the attentive care during our meal. The food was so yummy. It was all great, my daughter is still talking about Bianca, even told the lady at the toy store and the scoops ice cream truck worker how great she was! Haha. We danced in the restaurant (it was slow) laughed and had memories for a lifetime (lots of pics thanks to Bianca to remind us!) after all that we were ready to go and we’re surprised with the manager and Bianca taking care of our dinner!!! Absolutely thankful as it was not necessary but so very thankful that they did it! She is so happy (feels so special)and so am I! We will be back for our next date very soon, her request!

Our very first time at an Olive Garden. The server was pleasant. Restaurant was very busy the entire time we were there and tables are very close together so pack light. Dessert was tasty. All the servers seem to follow the exact same script with guests which probably makes them predictable and reliable for people who like consistency. Lots of parking and easy to find Restaurant. There was alot of stuff on the floor and it made it look very dirty inside. Overall a good experience.
I have been to Olive Garden many times before and the food was always delicious however today my 8 year old had his first lunch outing to this restaurant. He right away fell in love with ambience, seating and specially the Garden Salad and Bread sticks. He loved it to the extent that he brought one home to eat later. “I love the food here mom, can we come back again “ that’s what he said when we were ready to leave.Thanks to the waitress who served us this morning and to the chef for flavourful food. Sure we will be planning to visit soon.

Went into Olive Garden for dinner as it was a special occasion too! Nephew was visiting from out of town and so we chose to enjoy a nice evening with some food and chat. Cailyn was very exceptional and so awesome! Her personality and service were top notch and extremely friendly! Made us feel relaxed and "at home!" We had a small hiccup with a dish but TO NO fault of the restaurant, as the person in my party forgot to ask before ordering about what was in it. The menu was clearly stating what would be in a dish, and it was resolved right away. In fact, Cailyn went above and beyond calling the manager over to make sure a new dish could be served without any food allergies, and they complimented the dish! WOW!!! There was no need for this, but they insisted, and THAT'S SERVICE! Thank you ever so much for the great evening! We will surely be back, telling all our friends and family, and make it a regular visit!!!
Far from what the service use to be a few years back. Haggling over a salad for 1 that we split and got charge for 2. Some major work to be done on the customer service end. Great tasting food.
Amazing experience fast service and the sever and manager were amazing. Vasem khaan is the manager when we showed up table was not cleaned minor details not a big deal and he comped our appetizers without us even asking it was seriously a minor thing they came and cleaned before we sat down and gave exceptional service probably the best I have ever had and I use to serve and still perform client services with mortgage brokering. Hands down best restaurant ever. ?
