Victoria is a phenomenal waitress. She always creates a great atmosphere at O2's. We always go out of our way to make sure we get one of Victoria's tables. Respect and good treatment are two way streets, we respect and enjoy Victoria's company and she does the same along with more by making our nights by creating an atmosphere that is second to none, full of humor and great service.
Here with a group of 13 people. 12 of us have the ESSC cards but the waitress was insistent there was only 10 lol. The place itself wasn't too bad; atmosphere is what you expect from a bad. I digress, the food that we had come out was pretty good.Edit: After a night's rest I decided to change this a bit, I was making it too personal and saying hurtful things about a person and for that I apologize. It's hard to remember in the heat of the moment that everyone has bad days. I know I did when I worked service. I am sorry
The service was very slow. We arrived 10 minutes before the table beside this, we had order our drinks and food already. They came in and got their drinks before us, and their food was served about 10 minutes before us until we asked to check on our food. The place was empty with maybe 3 tables total, service was extremely slow. I ordered Buffalo chicken cream cheese bites and they were SO small! For the cost of them it was a waste of money,.when you could get a big meal for about the same price. Food was average, the cactus cuts were really good and the bread sticks. The steak bites wwre extremely chewy and not flavorful. Wasn't all that great of an experience.
Lovely service! Just came for drinks and the serving staff did a smooth changeover that didn't impact our service.I was there with a long time regular and didn't fel like we were skirted over bc they "knew us".. our initial server didn't know me and still shared the specials AND checked in on her regular in regards to his new work! ??
Went here for the first time this week on the recommendation of friends. It was a great atmosphere and fun to watch the fight/hockey game. There are lots of tv's and great vibes all around! Our server, Aly, was fantastic - so kind, helpful and fast!! We ordered multiple items and received bang on recommendations on food and drinks from our server! Try their wings!! So good! We had Chipotle Mango and Dill Pickle and will most definitely be back. Thanks O2's for a great night out!
If you get Ana as your server, you're going to have a great time. If you get anyone else, you're still going to have a great time. This place is a fun vibe! Show them some love and they will treat you like royalty!
I love this place! The food that I've had there is always really good and my friends and I love going there for their Friday Music Bingo Poker. The atmosphere is great and the waitresses/ waiters are always so nice; they seem to work so hard.
I had Kaylee as my server and she was fantastic. She was so sweet and friendly I felt like I had a connection with her the whole time. I will definitely be back and cant thank her enough for treating me so well!
Was wanting to get out last week to enjoy a few drinks and a steak with a few buddies. Decided to try somewhere new. We ended up here and I can’t give enough stars our experience was incredible!! Great food and drinks!! Impeccable service by Vicki as her up beat personality and prompt service was appreciated, even with a full house never had to wait long for a drink, most times she was there asking before we were on empty. Definitely going to be back!
Great place to hang out with friends snd enjoy sports. Wonderful specials…love the all day happy hour days. Great service - don’t even need to remind the one server what we order. Highly recommended!
