A friend and I stopped by here yesterday evening and after being seated our orders hadn't been taken for 30-40 minutes. It was really unfortunate because it was clear that it was understaffed with only one server on a Saturday evening, and she was prioritizing multiple large-group tables that made reservations ahead of time (I completely understand this as we were walk-ins).We felt awful and ended up leaving. But my friend and I would have appreciated a heads up about the delay when we arrived or even when we received our menus from the server shortly after being seated; that way it we wouldn't have to waste our time or the only server's time and effort on such a busy night. This is really unfortunate because me and my family have eaten here before about a year ago and had a pretty good experience.

Nuovo Bistro has definitely become my new favourite Italian place in the town. Their pastas are super delicious and already ordered twice in a week because i couldn’t resist to try new ones on the menu.I have tried Tagliatelle Florentine, Rigatoni Con Salsiccia and Linguine Aglio e Olio.Be it the Crispiness of Ham and Snap peas in Linguine Aglio e Olio, rich creamy texture of Tagliatelle, or spicy sausages in Rigatoni Con Sasiccia. Their menu is reasonably priced with good portion size. I can’t wait to try other items on the menu.

The staff member we had was very knowledgeable and handled all the tables on her own very well. The open kitchen is a little loud especially with the exhaust fan, but the overall environment was cozy and welcoming. I want to make a note about the waitress, she was very knowledgeable about all the food and wines. She was able to make wine pairing recommendations and describe the foods and drinks to help us decide our food for the evening. The food was delicious, I had the mushroom gnocchi, and my friend had a seafood pasta. All made very well, with enough to take home!

Good place for casual dining, food is made quick and portions are on the larger side. The open concept kitchen is nice added touch. The only downside is the restaurant is so small and the staff are limited. Depending on which chef is on duty will determine if your dish is a hit or miss. The first photo is Spagetthi Carbonara and the second is Linguine Aglio e Olio

Love this little place! Albeit a bit expensive if going for lunch, the food is fantastic! They have great gluten free options and portions are reasonable. Also feel like they have great specials throughout the week. So check them out and go on a day the special speaks to your appetite.

After a particularly awful week, all I wanted was some comfort pasta. I ordered the Tagliatelle Florentine (pictured) and the Caesar salad for delivery, and I could literally cry because of how delicious they both are.The pasta is perfectly al dente, the sauce is creamy without being heavy, and the chicken is well seasoned. The Caesar salad dressing is garlic-y and sooo tasty. My first time trying the restaurant and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for helping me feel better!

I have to apologize that my pictures don't do any justice. The food here was beyond my expectations. Very well seasoned, good sized portions and service was excellent. It was my first time there, thanks to some friends. Highly recommend this place if you're craving pasta. We're coming back with big appetites again soon ☺️

Good quality appetizers, muscles and shrimp. Big portion entree's. very attentive and great sense of humor waitress Natalia. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I saw the high ratings and gave this a try. Service was super slow even though I was the first table and one other table. The food was average nothing amazing.

It was very quiet and relaxed, Nuovo was a small dinning space but very spacious! You could see the chefs at work which was cool and the food was very good!
