They don't give you cutlery, utensils or chopsticks. I'm staying in a hotel and now I have to find something to eat with.I'll try the other place near them and see if they give me something to eat with next week when I stay in town.This isn't judgement on the food because I haven't found anything to eat it with...
Very disappointed, the sweet and sour pork was mostly vegetables and the meat involved was cut in the size of sugar cubes and crazy over cooked(texture of a chewy crouton). O and almost no taste in the sauce. It was like they ran out of sauce and just mixed water to what ever was left.
It wasn't the same as were use to from that location. The service was poor they forgot our spring rolls. The ginger beef tasted old and nasty. The noodles were elasticy and not up to the usual standard. The beef in the soup was sub par.

Super tasty and my skip the dishes pickup order was correct and hot when I got there. 5/5! I don't know who is giving bad reviews about the bubble tea and salad rolls because they are super delicious! It seems like we have some Karen's & Kevin's that go to this restaurant and complain about anything and everything. Those people can go eat dirt! I recommend this place!!!
Been coming here for years with the family! Never fails to leave us beyond satisfied! ♡ Also I have showed many of my friends this place they also became a pho lover! Yay.
Dec 23- I ordered take out for me to pick up. I ordered 2 grilled Beef salad roll orders and a satay soup. The weather was cold with Slippery roads. So it took alot for me to get there. I paid and left with my take out. I got home and I only had one order of salad rolls and one order of soup. I called and told them my order Was wrong. The girl didnt understand me and told me no such order existed. So I explained myself again. I told her I already picked up and my order was wrong. She told me she was sorry and I wasn't over charged bc I only paid for one of each. I told her I didnt want one of each. Anyways. I was not impressed. We ate the food. There are only 3 salad rolls in an order. Which makes this rather expensive. The worst part was the peanut sauce wasn't peanut sauce. It was pure hoisin. Can you say barf? It was sick. Then the satay soup was no satay soup ive ever tasted. It was very anemic looking. The beef was grey in color. The broth was clear. It wasn't spicy at all even though the Menu states spicy. Satay soups usually have bold and rich broths. This broth tasted like it was poured out of a store tetrabox. It seemed more like chicken broth. I think this restaurant must be some type of fusion or westernized vietnamese food. Id be honestly surprised if any asian person ate this food. I will not be back.
Their Fish tank that would normally be proudly on display at the front of the restaurant was in disarray. The tank was half full of water and the Placostamus was upside down and dead in the water, to which was the first thing I noted walking in and staff replied "oh its not dead, it's cleaning the water" it was a sad and depressing sight while eating our meal, especially when another family came in and a small kid pointed to the fish tank and asked "dad how come this fish isn't moving"Do Better guys. Do Better.
Bubble tea was average. Chicken salad roll and numbers 35 and 44 tasted and smelled like play doh..gross. would not recommend this place and especially they overprice what they are selling. Go to other places and enjoy better meal for cheaper
I came here 4x a week up until 2 months ago. The food changed the service was not bad. I came in today and waited 15 minutes to have my order taken when there was 1 other table inside. A new table arrived and within minutes they had their order taken. I wspoke to the staff and decided it was not worth eating here. I will not be backI also notice they only respond to 5 star ratings.If I could give 0 stars I would.
