The subs are amazing. We had the grilled pork - generous meat, tasty perfect combination of flavors, fresh soft baguette, and so reasonable at $8.75 for a full size sandwich. Cash or debit only.

Amazing Subs plus the staff are very friendly. Also have had a vermicelli bowl there now and then, this is also a good choice. Haven't tried the Pho yet as I am always torn between those two on what to pick already.
I don't recommend. I don't every leave food on my plate but my friend and I walked away from our $40 in food after hardly touching it. Friend had ordered a chicken dish, but I think it was mixed with some pork and under cooked. We inspected one piece on meat that had either a thick hair or feather still sticking out of it and that was it, we left nauseated. Friend ended up with food poisoning and was off work for days.
Eating a satay sub from here is like feeling the soft white sand on the beaches of Hawaii in between your toes. It’s like sinking your body into a luxurious bubble bath you spent 20 minutes preparing, only to be done with it 4.5 minutes later. It’s like anticipating the final episode of a limited time Netflix series you’ve been obsessed with and loving it so much, you can’t move onto another series for at least three days. It’s like walking into a room filled with puppies and making 73 new best friends who will never tell you about their latest Tinder date.The buns are fresh and flaky, and the flavours are the perfect blend of salty and sweet—all adjectives I’ve been described as at one point or another.Bottom line: it’s a delicious little snack that makes you want to come back again and again. Sandwiches are now $5.75 and it's honestly been our families go-to spotnfor banh mis since forever. The bread and fillings have been consistent and always delicious!

I get the best quality of food when I order during busy times. If you go to the restaurant and order they're pretty quick to prepare the food even during peak hours. Will return despite the sad/run down appearance.Located in the ave there is in Street parking which is free on Sunday. Free parking is on 102 at just around the corner to the west making it a 1 min walk to the store.
