Either the reviews are fake or they're absolutely delusional. The fries have literally never been fresh when I've ordered them, and I can't stomach them.
It was my first time trying their poutine last Tuesday since I am new here in Edmonton. The young girl with glasses who was in the cashier recommended me the veggie fries and said it is her favorite. She was very patient to answer my non-stop questions about the menu. Glad that I listened to her recommendations beacuse the veggie fries was 11/10! Definitely will come back in this location (Phase 1)

I love their veggie fries ?. The people working over there are so helping and understanding.
The lady working there has a hard time reading instructions I specifically paid extra but she never added to my order.
I like coming here to get fries and gravy. It's about the same price as a poutine with double the fries with no cheese.
My boyfriend and I both got a works poutine . I got a small he got a medium. His was loaded. Mine did not have the bacon or the green onions on it. Just paid $8 to get a fries , sauce , and a couple odd beans
Never had an happy experience at this location, not a busy Sunday, they have one customer 2 employees. I stand for at least 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging my exist even though I was standing right in front of the cash registry.Walked 10 more steps to Edo Japan, happily greeted by a lady and eating my lunch in 10 mins.I’ll avoid this place from now one which sucks cuz I really love their poutines.
Always my go to at WEM. Love the veggie poutine and the other great variety of selections.
