This is for pretty much the chicken lovers and is all that is available to any one that is into trying out a variety of differently prepared and flavours. I strongly recommend trying it

The Gateway Boulevard location has gone to the dogs. It's a total failure. The customer service is pathetic. Food wait times is 45 mins. The chicken was served cold. The Garlic bread was chewy like Rubber. The French Fries were stale. The only good part of the Experience was the Pop Machine because it did serve its purpose. Rest everything is just a sham. Avoid this location at all costs.

I’m not sure what they gave me, but it doesn’t even look close to what what they have in the image!Kinda look like hard boiled chicken! Nothing like nandoos!This is my first time trying nandoos from this location

The place was not busy at all at lunch time. Unfortunately the soda fountain only had diet drinks at the time. Service was good but in my opinion it took too long considering we were almost the only customers there.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but something had to be said (Dec. 20, 2021). Quality of the food and service has fallen off a cliff since 2020. Management is of very poor quality. Upon entering the restaurant, I politely asked for a mask as I did not have one on me, however the employee rudely said we do not hand out masks. Luckily I had my scarf to cover my full face. Then the employee taking my order said she could not take my order as I did not have a mask even though my scarf was covering my face. Service all around is rude to customers. Food quality is also not the same as before. In addition, the same employee who greeted us stated that she was 14 years old, which pretty sure is illegal as the restaurant serves alcohol. Foot traffic is noticeably down, which probably explains the food and service. Overall highly disappointed and would not recommend coming to this restaurant.

Having been here before and been completely happy and satisfied with my meal in the past, I decided to bring a friend and this time the chicken breasts we ordered from the quarter chicken dinner were completely dried out and tough. I haven't been in a long time and I'm hoping this was just a one-off experience. Also, their pop machine had only diet drinks available without much selection at all, however they did give us bottled pop instead after we asked, with no extra charge for refills.

It was roughly around 4.15 time on Sunday 3 December 2021.We were driving home and stopped by to have some chicken. Our order was an appetizer, one peri chicken sandwich with side , two orders of chicken legs with sides and one order of double chicken legs with side. it was our first visit at the particular location though we do order through skip the dishes . We were served he food and my kid, wife and myself were not much happy with the chicken served and found the chicken to be bit chewy. and told my wife that i should have had asked them to cook it well done. We all ate the sides and had some part of chicken and left it unfinished but had one full leg leftover and decided to take it home so grabbed a box from counter and packed the chicken.When i started to eat the chicken at home i realized that the chicken is raw and bloody in thigh. I did take some pictures and put it back in the box and saved in the freezer. next day i had uneasy stomach and felt as if i had mild food poisoning.By next day my stomach was much better and called the restaurant little after 12 noon where a staff member picked up the phone and i requested him that i wish to talk to the manager and on asking as in what regard i explained the reason.I told him that i m saving the chicken in the freezer and can bring it in the store and show to your manager if required.he took my number and assured that the manager is busy and i will be called later when the manager would get some time.Since then i have not received any call. I normally travel for work and do not have much time to follow up.After not hearing from Restaurant manager i did write an email to Nandos Canada after 10 days and received a quick response that I will be contacted but no one has contacted me as yet.I am attaching some pictures of raw chicken and have it still saved in the freezer and am willing to bring it back to restaurant management if they wish to see it.Very poor experience with food and their follow up.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered for pickup and when I came home I saw that the chicken was completely BURNT & DRY! I called the store and was told I can drive all the way back for chicken. Lol unbelievable, stay away

Came here for date night. Called prior to arriving to confirm there is a table available. Lady on the phone sounded rude and not happy to help us out. We arrive at the restaurant and we are seated at a big family table. Between other family members. So we asked to switch our tables. The atmosphere in the restaurant was overall not inviting , The employees were not smiling, I went to place my order and the manager was not happy in general looked tired and not friendly. Our food was ready to be served, a server looked at us looked at our food and just went away !!! The manager then served our food. But nobody came to ask if the food was okay. It was just a bad experience in terms of customer service overall. Food was okay but not the best. 2 stars only for the food . Will not come back.

Quality of this restaurant has gone bad over the past few weeks!. My family loves Nandos and go twice or thrice in a month. During my last visit, they were short on tissue papers and sauces. How can you run a restaurant without sauces. Hot sauce was not available and we did not enjoy the meal. A visit before this incident, pop machine was broken and we had to buy extra drinks which was disappointing! Sad to see that standard of the restaurant is deteriorating! :(
