Healthy, high quality food. Yet I think it's too salty for me.

My family and l were excited visit the eatery for my birthday. The waitress was snappy and kinda aggressive when asked questions. The chicken was raw inside even though we asked for well done chicken. The rice was cold and the spices on the fries was off. And a side observation. Everyone in the restaurant had glasses for their drinks and we were given paper cups. It was weird for us and we thought mmh.( black)The manager was kind to make us a new platter of very well done chicken. But the mood was already damp.To the waitress.. you can do better talking to customers. Maybe a customer service review may help you along the way.No l will not be going to the Nandos downtownTables are wobbly. Had a dinner for group of 12 people today, everything was amazing. From the delicious food, and the great staff, everything was on point. Big shout out to Rocky and the rest of the staff everyone was extremely friendly!

Absolutely the best. Chicken was very tender and juicy. The fries were top notch too.

The gentleman cashier was unprofessional, was in last night. He was selective with people he would like to help. I was standing in the queue to get a box to pack our leftovers. When a two customers walked in, he welcomed them and usher them to have a seat. If an existing Customer is standing in the queue address them even how busy you are. Don’t be so rude and just keep on passing by. I noticed that he was only nice when we order to get a good tip, inconsistent service. Food was okay, the fries was too salty. You have to ask for the sauce, won’t offer it to you. Would never return to this location again. Would drive farther to get a better service. The Calgary Trail location provided a top notch service.

It's family day weekend so we decided to have dinner and my husband forgot to bring his mask. The lady tonight was not accommodating us just because my husband forgot one, we're a family of six that they were refusing us to have a decent family day dinner. She wouldn't even offer us a mask, one mask wont hurt the business. All establishments are providing mask if ever a customer doesnt have one. What kind of customer service is this? Pushing away guests. I work in a restaurant too and we would always offer masks to guests. Terrible service!

I just received my order my salad was open they did not provide me with any Sauce no utensils and chicken was dry I’ll be sticking to the south side Nandos! I feel they need to have a training day for the employees
