I ordered food online may 25, i went to go pick it up but the lady there said rudely that you didnt make an order. I showed her proof with my bank text message showing the charge went through, she still denied it. i tried twice more to order, and my visa was charged 2 more times yet she still refused to believe that i was charged. she walked away rudely in the end, horrible customer service and will never be back after that humilation
From Nandos in Edmonton on the north end on 50st. My wife and I ordered a full pack for pick up and when we got home we noticed that they didn’t include the garlic bread. I called the restaurant to see if we could settle the issue. I called numerous times and no one answered. I used my wife’s phone to call from a different order and they finally picked up and they said that they are no answering phone calls right now and I tried to keep the employee on the phone by telling him that there was a problem with an order I just picked up. The employee just said that are not dealing with the phones right now and said he was going to put me on hold and then said goodbye and hung up on me. Very poor customer service!
Good chicken. Friendly staff. But they need to remember napkins, sauces etc.The size of potato is really small ..I know everything is gone up but is hard to buy a table spoon of potatoes for over 4 dollars.
Really great menu. Staff are really nice and friendly. Prices are OK.I have probably had everything on the menu at least once and nothing really disappoints.Highly recommend.
don't sell your chicken thats been sitting out all day long and dry as hell. We got food poisoning from here!!! just because we order right before closing like they gave us what was left over too lazy to cook us a fresh meal. Ordered fries were soggy and mixed in with wedges like it was what was left over from the day...... 100 percent do not recommend
We've been going there for 3years and have always enjoyed the food. Service is generally good but has suffered since pandemic. Our Last visit the veggies and rice were cold but they apologized and returned hot rice and vegetables. Chicken was great.
We had an amazing time, it was our first time and how it all worked was explained well. It was very delicious, and we were given a treat for the road which was greatly appreciated. They were great for our six hour drive home!
Decor was nice, staff were friendly, but the food was over priced.Personally I found the flavors to be robust and exciting and delicious. But my half chicken looked like a stunted chicken, there was barely anything there.Ironically another table made a similar comment to the staff asking" ugh where's the rest of the chicken".
Great food, ordered on Saturday with a quick prompt answer for placing my order… the day prior someone answered the phone and made me wait for 5. Min to which point I hung up hence they almost lost my take out option of business for good…
I like the food.. Good atmosphere.. We spend around $50 dollar for 2 people.. and you can see the food it’s enough for 2 people..
