Never going back to this location. Worst customer service. No smile, rude, bad tone. Girl working today almost seemed like someone is forcing her work there. After taking the payment she literally slammed the bag on the counter. She needs some customer service training. Didn't even make the burrito right!!! There was no line and no customer but she made my burrito in such rush it doesn't even taste good.
The very worst service and rude beyond belief. About 7:30 Saturday June 25th.I thought Tacos came with sauce and some chopped lettuce. None included in order. Our last visit to Mucho Burritos. So So rude.
Bad customer service. Very very stingy with the amount of toppings!! The employee would only give 5 strings of cheese even when I asked for extra she only gave 3 strings of cheese. Very stingray with their sauce as well. Will not be going back.
Worst experience ever. She thinks she is feeding beggars on the street in india. Literally adding few pieces of veggies and the bowl is not even half way full. The quesadilla was not grilled well and half the filling was out. The indian lady working there needs to be fired asap.
I used the skip the dishes app to make an order. On the app you need to pay extra for more than 4 toppings, which is fine, IF you actually honour that. I paid extra for my toppings and didn't even receive all of them. On top of that I requested for there to be extra sauce in the instructions and it was incredibly dry and tasteless, there was barely any sauce at all. If you were out of certain toppings then why wouldn't you at the very least meet the request of the order of adding some more sauce???? What a disappointing and tasteless experience.
Just came by to buy something to eat about 1:40 ish walk inside nobody's at the front, toppings and salsas are not covered (not very sanitary) waited 4 minutes nobody appears, I hear noises at the back so I decided to yell hello nobody appears either. So I'm leaving F.y.i you guys should cover your ingredients in the future when nobody's around and also invest in a bell ? to ring for service
I love this place, Kusha is very good at making burritos and nice. I am always greeted with a smile, and (personal taste) this is my favorite burrito place.

If you are the owner, get out of the business.Such a mean & rude service.I ordered a Mucho Burrito, and it doesn't even tasted like a burrito or have the Mexican flavor. I'm not new to mucho burrito and I know how their burritos taste. This was just rice and beans wrapped in tortilla.The toppings and the portion were very small for a mucho size. The girl wasn't willing to add proper toppings even when I asked for it. ??It was my first visit and will be the last until the owner responds to my review.I will make sure none of my friends and family visit this place until addressed.
Loved the food!! Really great and helpful crew. They suggested me bowls according to my likings. Really patient and professional staff.
Worst customer service ever… the lady working there was so rude. I went near 7:00 on sunday evening.. i ordered nachos.. the cheese was not even melted.. and it supposed to come with dips on the side but she said i can put inside but on side its gonna charge extra.. like seriously this is worst mucho burrito ever.. dont work if u dont like to.. atleast dont spoil ur customer’s mood
