Ordered quesidillas, THERE ARE 4 INGREDIENTS, and honestly it was burnt, charred, sour cream was as watery as milk, and didn't ask what kind of salsa I wanted, (always hot), go to sherwood park off baseline, best one yet
I went in for a burrito and the lady put like three pieces of tiny steak on it. Barely any beans. And the chips were so old and stale. The salsa was so flavorless. Worst Mexican food I've ever tasted.
i bought a bowl from the manager in the mrng time the girl was very rude not working behaviour she is serving with angry attitude and i have spc deal but the girl said its not working and its deal is give to chips and nachos but she didn’t give me i dont like that kind of behaviour to the customers
We ordered 22 burrito bowls this past weekend and had them delivered to the Expo Center. Communication with staff was first over the phone and then vial email. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. I requested all burrito bowls come with sauces on the side so that the meals wouldn’t get soggy if the team wasn’t ready to eat right away….not only were they warm and fresh, but they were delicious as well!! Cheema ( or maybe it’s Simrin? ) was amazing! She personally delivered all food on time and communicated the whole way through!! This place was amazing and most perfect for a group order!!! Thank you again for all you did.
“Out” of guac, pico and cilantro and didn’t want to open a fresh bag before tomorrow I guess? Chips were stale. Burrito was already lacking in ingredients and somehow they still managed to skimp on everything else to boot. No effort. Won’t be back again. Just needed a snack before my kid went to bed. Brutal.
Since we live in BC, we decided to visit our old hometown, Edmonton. Unfortunately, this is the worst Mucho burrito in Deadmonton. On Friday April 29th 2022 between 1pm-1:30pm. We ordered two small burrito combos with salsa and chips. 1. Salsa seemed like it was made from can tomatoes and tasted watered down with no flavour. 2. Burrito was made with half portions. 3. Chicken was over cooked and burnt. 4. No hot sauce and salt& pepper available.When asked for fresh salsa, we were told we had to pay extra.I have never encountered such horrible service.I recommend everyone to stay away from this particular location.The customer service sucked, no names tags, no receipt was given, when asked for receipt, the lady said it was in the garbage.Whoever she was, she is Not fit to work at Mucho burrito. She will give mucho burrito a bad name and rep. I hope cooperate reads this and takes action. We live in BC and we never had any bad experience in any Mucho location from Fraser valley to Vancouver and we come visit a small town “Edmonton” (big city want to be) and receive this kind of service.Once again stay away from this location!

Worst mucho burrito I’ve ever been too. Stale chicken, watered down sauce, barely gave me any toppings and the topping station was dirty AF. Extremely disappointed and I like mucho. But will never come back to this location
