Mouthwatering food and I always got a great customer service. clean and very accommodating ambiance with a decent price.. a must to try, I will recommend to my friends and family

We frequent this location when we need a quick bite, and usually have friendly experiences. There is one staff member who is always incredibly rude - so much so today we walked out before even ordering. An older adult. I understand everybody has off days, but this individual is repeatedly unpleasant, where you feel the food handling care is even worrisome. Date and time of visit: 2:00, Friday, June 17th
Lady working 5pm May.10 had a terrible attitude and was unfriendly/grumpy to myself and another customer. To top it off the quesadilla I had ordered only had filling in 3 of 4 pieces. This was an unusual experience, every time I’ve been before has been great!
The food was delicious!The woman that took my order was not very nice. I had never been there before, so I tried asking how to order and what the different things were, and she didn't answer my questions.
I have never been here with more than one or two customers on the line, never busy, however, the staff seems always in a rush like a customer being there is a bother or they have something better to do; then like every other place where they put all ingredients together, they start tossing everything in the bowl and rushing through the line yet they expect a tip after poor customer service
Placed an online order and paid by credit card. It went through just fine. When we went to pick up our food 20 minutes later, it turned out they hadn't received our order at all due to a power outage. Fine, I guess that happens. BUT I have called both the restaurant (after power had been restored) as well as the Mucho Burrito head office to get a refund, since my credit card was definitely charged and we never received any food. Nobody answered the phone or responded to my voice mail. Will be disputing the credit card charge and of course never be back to this restaurant.
Great service, staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Food was delicious as always. They follow all Covid rules and regulations. Will be returning for sure along with friends.
Stopped by for some burrito bowls with my friend three days ago and we recieved awful service here.The lady making the bowls for us was carelessly putting/tossing ingredients in the bowl to the point where the pico de gallo flew onto the counter. She also only gave me five pieces of meat...She was rude when asking us what toppings/sauces we wanted and just seemed to be annoyed to have customers?When putting our bowls on the metal trays she was basically tossing it on, along with the fork and napkin.We both work retail and understand that some customers can be difficult, or that you had a tough day and don't want to be at work. However, it sucks to see food being handled so poorly, along with little to no customer service.
It was OK, not very friendly. And there chincy on there toppings. Need more flavour too !!
