We had a lovely meal, for seven people, here at Moxies in the Mall. Food was a good standard and our server, Monique (?), was helpful and friendly. Recommended.
We ordered dinner through Uber Eats on April 30, 2022. There was a hair in the food in the sealed containers. I submitted a request through the online portal just to inform them there was hair in our food on May 9. On May 17 I still did not hear anything, so I resubmitted the ticket. Trevor Belsher, the manager at the WEM Moxies responded and asked for my contact information. He gave his number. I replied and gave my number. May 24 I had not heard anything yet, so I called and left a voicemail. May 26 I called and left a voicemail for Trevor again. May 30 I sent a response through the online form ticket system and said I am just following up from my voicemails and hope to hear from you soon. June 3 I called the Moxies Edmonton head office and it was not in service. The Calgary office was closed. Trevor Belsher has the worst customer service and horrible way of dealing with these things. I guess if you just ignore a problem, it will go away.... I feel like I have given enough opportunities to have at least a conversation..so here we are.

Food tasted great. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. Great attention and service towards our one daughter who has Celiac. Only reason I didnât give a full star rating, was because the ladies washroom had a few stalls with no toilet paper.
We tried below items from the menu :? Beyond meat burger with Fries? Mimosa? Spaghetti AlfredoThe burger wasn’t good at all. The patty wasn’t in house made. It didn’t taste fresh and you get the exact same taste in beyond meat burgers from other vendors like a&w for way lesser price. Not worth trying at all.Alfredo spaghetti was decent but the quantity was really less considering the price of the dish.Mimosa were okayish. But again Just average store bought orange juice. Nothing fresh to be frank.Definitely not worth the money. You can have better taste for way lesser price.Won’t recommend it to anyone.
I rarely write reviews, but had a really excellent meal here recently! The steak was cooked to perfection, and the veggie power bowl was delicious. Great service, friendly management, and a to-die-for brownie at the end. Great experience all around!

Love Moxies, food is always great. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the temperature of the table we were at. It was so hot! We were sweating just sitting at the table. Besides that everything was great.
I have never been to a Moxies but this was an amazing experience. They accommodated me and my friend by moving us to seats in the bar so we could watch the game. The staff were really friendly and the food was great! Enjoyed my time and I recommend!
The portions sizes were small for the price. The music in the mall corridor was so loud we had to yell at each other to have a conversation. I would not eat here again
