The rib& wing meals, fish &chips and apple chicken salad were superb and very tasty. Our server Kiana did a fantastic job. She was pleasant, funny and accommodated any additional requests eg. Extra napkins, take home boxes, etc. My compliments to the Manager, cook and staff for the pnenominal meals and great service. Thank you for all your hardwork and dedication. Servers are fantastic. Atmosphere is unique. If they are super busy though, expect the food to just be lukewarm. Not enough food runners to get the food out to the tables when it's hot and fresh.
All the meals were superb and our waitress was absolutely wonderful!! We all chose something different eg bbq ribs, steak dinner, chicken pecan salad, and pulled beef and pork on s bun. They were yum yum and very tasty.
It was so hot in the restaurant that my friend and I were sweating profusely while eating our meal. Made it very hard to enjoy the experience
I was there celebrating my nephews graduation dinner. Staff was pleasant, the food we ordered was ok. But they didn't have what I originally ordered because they ran out of the brisket sandwich, 7oz sirloin steak, steak fajitas and mac and cheese. I ended up having a hamburger. Due to not being able to get what I originally wanted, which was the brisket sandwich. I can only rate this a 3 star.
Visited this place on a Saturday evening. We had called in advance to request seating in patio area. Although the place was packed, we were seated immediately. The host and the server were genial in their conduct.The server had exceptional customer service skills and knew the food menu well.We had ordered beef nachos and chicken apple pecan harvest salad. Food portions were big and more than enough for two persons. However, the food taste was sub-par and one of the water glass was dirty.Given the inflation, the food prices have gone up but the food quality is lacking. The lettuce and arugula were not the freshest. The beef was sparsely spread on the nachos.
It was father's day so it was busy. Long wait for food to come out from the kitchen. Meal took 2 hours start to finish, mainly waiting for food.Steak was very over cooked, asked for medium and it was well done+. It felt like we were seated in what was normally an aisle seat. When table beside us was cleared, bits of bone were thrown on to our table. Server was very nice
I ordered the Father's day promotion, all the ribs you can eat for $30.00 and when I ordered a second round of ribs, the waitress gave me a bad look, an 35 minutes later, she brought me two small dishes with pieces of ribs. Last time we go there.
