We were attended to quickly and in a friendly manner when we entered. We had a friendly, attentive server. Our meals were brought in a timely fashion, and were fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the beef brisket sandwich and the ribs. The fries and sweet potato fries were also very good. Portion sizes were awesome for the price paid. I also tried the Ransom Long Island ice tea and loved it. Other than the sad note that they serve pepsi and not Coke, all was very good and I'm sure we'll be back??
Ordered online for curbside pickup.- a big pickup truck was long term parked in the pickup spot assigned to me so there was confusion just picking up- we asked for no utensils but there they were!! Stop it.- and stop with the ketchup packets too. If you asked we would have said no.- clean up wipes would have been a good idea - none included.- food itself was pretty good.
such a bad experience with this location. We entered the restaurant ,Server asked how many people. We were four people. She went to backside. She came back. She didn’t assistant for table. She was asking us what would you order at front of door and we asked her can we get the Menu for order. We were still waiting to be seated and she totally ignored us and again we asked her can we get the table and she said you can sit anywhere. This is our favourite restaurant and we never had this kind service before. I will never come back to 17 street location again . South commons location service is the best .
Montana's was great. I ordered a Chipotle Fire Cracker Burger which taste amazing, and a bite of Chicken Fajita had a mouth watering taste, love the rustic, kind of laid back cabin style set up. I prefer 100% dine in for this place and they will provide fine service to there customers.
I can't rave enough about the Food and Service I get each time @ Montana's on 17th Street Edmonton South. I want to thank them for the Service they recently gave to us. There is something to be said about being greeted with a smile, and having prompt Service. The Restaurant itself has such a great ranch feel, you feels like you are in a warm country cabin, in both the restaurant and lounge. Every time I dine, they remember us, and ensure we have everything we need. We always ask for substitutes and it's never an issue, and with my Family of Picky eaters this is so important. We recently Dined and Ordered the Sirloin and it was seasoned so well and cooked to perfection. We always start with the Kapow shrimp, and the Sauce and Shrimp are cooked perfectly. I now purchase the apple butter BBQ Sauce as it has become a staple in our household. The Kids ordered the ribs (Fall of the bone) and Kids burgers, the portion sizes are perfect even for older Children. We have never had anything other than great food and service. If you are a BBQ Lover ensure to stop by, you wont be disappointed , Great Value Above Excellent Service, something on the menu for everyone, Great for Adults and Families Thank you @ Montana's We will be back soon!
Service was good. Food was really good also. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because it was a while before someone greeted us at the door. As well as it was an extended time before a waiter came to the table to take a drink order.
The place is family friendly, food was pretty good and service was quick. However, I felt like the ribs weren't as tender as I expected and it was almost overcooked.
Family dinner at Montana's on a cold night was a great choice. They have amazing ribs and steak. Perfect for family dining. The only thing I didn't like was the interior smell. It was like rubber and petrol. Maybe just an odd day. But otherwise location and service and the food is amazing!
Went there with a coworker for a couple after work drinks. Raychel was so attentive and pleasant. She recommended the spinach dip and even helped us pick a good shot to have. Sam took over our table later on and was equally attentive and pleasant. Great team you have here
Got the smokey bacon mac and cheese, so good! Excellent portion and the cornbread is amazing! The food was delivered quickly and was still hot! Definitely going to order that again!
