This restaurant has everything! So much variety, extremely high quality food and fantastic service from friendly staff. The restaurant has a calming atmosphere and appears very chic and modern. There are so many vegan and vegetarian options here. This is absolutely a new favorite for us and we will definitely return!Highly recommended dishes: shrimp spring roll, fried squid, grilled eggplant, Pandan wrapped chicken and papaya salad!
Ordered the house special pho and mango smoothie. Delicious pho and the broth was flavourful. The customer service was above and beyond as staff checked up on us 5 separate times. Would certainly recommend this place to locals and to those visiting.
As a university student, I don’t have time to deal with stuff like this, but after calling the restaurant… I just need to write a review. I ordered the Pad Thai on DoorDash (DoorDash was great, they did nothing wrong). I have ordered from this restaurant before; I was happy with my first order. Today, however, I received a Pad Thai with RAW CHICKEN. I genuinely think that they didn’t even cook it, like they thought that the heat of the other ingredients would cook the chicken for them. I called the restaurant to get this sorted out— no one can eat raw chicken! I don’t want to get sick! They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a credit for another pad Thai. After that experience, I don’t know how ANYONE in their right mind would want to risk getting salmonella yet again. I don’t want a credit. I want a full refund for this. I am beyond disappointed by the ‘resolution’ and I will never be coming back.
My partner and I had leftovers after spending less than $40 on a delivered meal. I got the vegan vermicelli bowl and it has to be one of the best ones I've had in the city. Lots of different veggies, tasty vegan meat, good sauce. My partner had ginger beef and polished it off so I can only assume it was good. Veggie spring rolls and green onion cakes were also delicious. You can't go wrong here, great price for the amount and high quality food.
A good place to get a quick bite to eat if you’re craving pho or other Vietnamese standards. My favourite go to is the Double-Double bowls where can mix and match 2 pho and/or vermicelli bowls!
Super fresh and large portions
I was very impressed with the food and prompt service. I ordered the double bowl and the tofu appetizer and it was really delicious and fresh. The servers were very kind. However I also noticed that some of the staff removed their masks briefly around the cashier area. If they could have unmasked in a break room I would feel better about my safety as a customer.
This is my go to Pho shop. The food has been consistent for years now. I've been a die hard customer for about 5 years. I made sure to get vaccinated in order for me to visit them and dine in. Their food is that good. I've already established a friendship with one of the staff there. She takes care of us everytime we visit. It's a plus if you want to retain customers. Come for the double double and stay for the vietnamese coffee and mochi ice cream.
Order through Skip #380498444. Salad rolls are so awfully rolled, is it not even a roll anymore. Spring rolls does not have sauce. I noted in my order that I wanted uncooked noodles, your staff gave me broken cooked noodles. The steak is not fresh at all! Missing hoisin and spicy sauce. The broth of the soup is tasteless, I have to seasoning a lot in. Peanut sauce was so cold and thick, I can't even dip the rolls in. Dine-in pretty good, but take-out is so bad! Really bad! Won't ever order again!
Combination Vermicelli Bowl is the best one in town ! Grilled Beef, Pork and Chicken is… gorgeous and succulent !?
