When you look Metro Billiards up, it says that they are open until 2am today. My brother and I drove across town only to realize that they are closed as they are moving to a new location. We tried calling three times, but no one answered. We ended up driving to the Rec. Room to play some pool.

It has been a long time since I've had a server as bad as the one we had yesterday. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I knocked on the kitchen door, I even called the place and no one answered or came out. When the server finally did come out, she looked annoyed. We ordered drinks and food. I mentioned as soon as I sipped the drink that it wasn't diet. The service stared at me, made a face and said I don't think you're right. She was rude, snide and didn't offer a replacement. She saw I was annoyed and she came back 20 minutes later with a half glass and said, "this is diet coke I just poured it." Frankly I didn't trust that she didn't do something to the drink and I didn't touch it. When we paid she didn't provide a receipt, only a verbal number and when I gave cash, she just said thank you. She didn't offer change. When I insisted on my change she refused to give exact change. I know finding staff is a challenge these days but holy hell was this server bad. If it hadn't been my guest's birthday I would have walked out. I'll only go back if it's during a busy time where they have better servers.
Demico and Hannah always make me feel so welcome. What wonderful hosts - this is THE place to go for billiards and good drinks

This place is awesome! It's actually super cost friendly for the billards itself, and the staff are all amazing! We were served by an amazing person named Hannah, and we asked her to surprise us with drinks for a lot of the night- all of her recommendations were awesome, and the drinks were great!! She also didn't choose anything expensive, which was really awesome!Definitley would reccomend this place to anyone who wants to have a drink but also wants to keep busy with a game!

We tried to order through skip the dishes. Placed order on Saturday night at 5:51pm and it is now 7:28pm and we have received no food yet at all. All we ordered was two burgers and two poutines with two pop. This cost 50 bucks and will be another 10 minutes before it gets to us. This is totally unacceptable, if you are too busy to provide delivery service then don't be on websites where people can order! I we finally got our food but the first thing we noticed was they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while cause even the lettuce was hot but nothing had any flavor. Our food arrived at 7:39PM. The cheese was melted in puddles but had already re solidified but the fries were beyond soggy to the point you couldn't tell by texture that you were eating fries. I am sure in house it is probably good but as take-out again I say if your too busy don't do online orders.
