Great & friendly customer service and best part is that you can choose your own toppings as much as you want. They charge you as per weight so need to hesitate while adding the toppings.. Even I found many options for frozen yogurt as well.. Easy parking, have some sittings outside the shop.
Staff are always nice, nice toppings...they don't rotate their yogurt flavors much unfortunately but other then that this place is great!
Love that I can build my own dessert when I'm feeling creative. It's fun to see what the kids come up with !
I went here to try it out at one of those tiny little hand held tubs of ice cream cost me 25 dollars so it was around 50 dollars for two tiny little hand held cups of ice cream.
The frozen yogurt was delicious, I felt that the person working could have been a little friendlier and out front more then in then back.
Menchie’s is always so great and delicious! Tried the ripe & red strawberry tart flavour and it was delicious!

Although my children LOVED the experience of making their own and all the options available…the service was something left to be desired…We just went there yesterday (November 20th, 2021) to celebrate my 10yr old daughter’s silver medal in her wrestling competition and both my kids were super excited to try it! When we arrived at 12:10pm all the lights were on but the doors were locked so we went back to the car to call as it was in the middle of a snowy windy day…The lady answered and apologized saying she didn’t realize she had not opened. No big deal, we went in and she was very polite! She showed us what to do and went back into the back room which is where she was when we arrived. We only waited about a min or 2 to pay for everything, again not a big deal I was under the impression she had work to do in the back. Once we paid we sat there for just over an hour playing games, eating yogurt, laughing…when we are ready to go I had planned on buying 2-$25 gift cards for my kids stockings because they loved it so much. Problem was, after we paid we didn’t see her even once again…I stalled at the door saying goodbye and thank you really loud hoping she would come out and I could send the kids to the car to buy the cards…no such luck…
