Let's talk about the food first. It is fantastic. All of it. Everything they have on their menu is very good. We like to go with a few of us and order a large platter so we can sample as much as possible. Servings are large.The place is clean and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Customer service is outstanding. We were there one time with my granddaughter and she asked if they had any chocolate milk, which they didn't. The owner, I'm assuming, actually walked across the way to Sobeys and bought chocolate milk so our granddaughter could have it. Now THAT'S customer service.
Visited this quite authentic place for dinner with another couple and we were recommended to share a platter "Memphis feast" which had plenty of choices and quantity of food for a solid leftover lunch for one person. Owner was great in creating laid back atmosphere and treating us with some amazing desert! I will definitely go back very soon!
Having spent a great deal of time in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama I know good southern bbq. This was not it. It wasn’t terrible; the brisket was passable. But the sides were not good- fries were over salted, the cornbread was gooie and the coleslaw was .. I have no words just bad.
This is a common lunch/dinner spot for us, we are never disappointed. The service is great, the staff are super friendly, and the food is delicious with large quantities. This is a must try if you haven't before! A nice selection of beer and drink too.
If you are looking for mouth watering, finger licking, gooooood BBQ food this is the place! As soon as you enter, and even from outside, you can smell the heavenly goodness of smoked BBQ meat ? The brisket I ordered was out of this world and I can’t get it out of my head! The meat melted in my mouth and was way better than anything I could try to cook… I also ordered the beans but ended up getting the fries with my order by accident. Let me tell you, it was a great mistake! The fries were seasoned with a mind melting seasoning that I could not get enough of. I can’t wait to try the beans and many more dinners here!
This place is awesome! Drooling just thinking about their brisket and ribs. Way better than MEAT that's over-hyped. Staff is so friendly and willing to serve us the best stuff even when we got take out 30mins before closing. Thank you!
I ordered the beef brisket through skip and it was delicious. Everything was great and a huge portion of brisket, for sides I had potato salad, and it was like homemade. The beans, coleslaw, and cornbread were perfect. Highly recommend.

Our mouths were watering just thinking of having some really good ribs and a juicy pulled pork sandwich when we placed the order What a disaster it was. The pulled pork sandwich was absolutely tasteless. If I was blindfolded and asked to guess what was in my mouth, I certainly wouldn't have guessed meat , of any kind! Stringy, dry, rubberlike and so tasteless!! I tried to put some sauce on it hoping to improve the taste but the sauce is very sweet without any flavour too. After the second bite was chewed and chewed and swallowed. my stomach vomited it up My husband had the ribs. So, so much meat came but disgustingly hard and dry and burnt. Not a bit of flavour, sauce or seasoning. Our order was $70.00 which is a lot but we decided to really treat ourselves. This was such a let down and beyond horrible. Even the coleslaw was horrible, swimming in a pinkish watery sauce, very sweet tasting. I will never go back, never recommend it and strongly advise you to keep your money in your pocket and find a GOOD place to eat. One of the worst experiences of our dining out ever.
