I would give no stars. This is my second time ordering there through Skip the Dishes. The first time it was good but they charged me $3.00 for extra garlic sauce on my chicken shawarma . I thought I was getting a side I was getting a side of garlic sauce. The amount they had put on wasn't $3.00 worth. This time I order again the chicken shawarma sandwich. My sandwich was ice cold and the chicken inside was bone dry. I couldn't even chew through it. Skip the Dishes only refunded half of my money and the manager of the restaurant said they would have skip refund me other half of it. I haven't received it and I doubt I will. I swear what I received isn't edible or is in compliance with food safety.Gord Ramsey would be freaking out and screaming his head off about the food being cold, not being edible and how I should get a full refund.
This was my go to place for shawarma, since they changed the name or the owners, i noticed the change and saw the place go down. However nothing had prepared me for my last experience. I went there for lunch last friday 27th of May. The taste was below average, I ordered Shish taouk, and my friend had lamb Kabab also had a side of Falafal. The falafal was soo dry it was like eating sand, the lettuce bed that the falafal was served on was stale. And thats not all i had a huge bone in my wrap. the lady working there seemed bothered that we had decided to have lunch there. it was a horrible experience. Never going back
We ordered through uber eats today and most of the food we got wasn't edible. Our total bill was 98$ and it wasn't even a big order. The Meat of the shish kebab was black and burnt, the rice was stale and old, one if the platters had a hair (an arm hair) ??, and the potien was super salty we couldn't eat it, the garlic sauce had a smell to it like it was going bad , we also found multiple pieces of burnt wood skewers besides the meat. Terrible experience never ordering again from there. IT was our first and last time. So Disgusting!!!
Their Shawarma is better but never ask for 'Kabab'... It was less than average! Very hard meat, less quantity of meat. They need a lot to improve the quality. I don't have the courage to try again.... Sorry
I really wanted to love this place because of the hype reviews… I did takeout for chicken shawarma plate, picked up the food directly myself and ate it right away while it was still hot. The food was pretty good in terms of taste, BUT I got terrible food poisoning from here the other night so will not be returning. Health and safety is #1 above all for me, and I can’t recommend a place to anyone if there’s a chance they will get sick.
Wasn’t the greatest- the spinach pies were warmed up in a microwave as they turned rock solid by the time I got home. The hummus was stale/old too. The beef was alright but I kept getting rock hard pieces with every other bite. Don’t recommend for the price I paid.I miss sish shawarma at this location.
My husband and I ordered from here tonight and loved it! We come from Ottawa where Shawarma is hard to beat and this place is an excellent rival. The garlic potatoes were actually better than anything I've ever found back home! I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for flavourful, fresh food. I'm looking forward to being able to dine in, in the near future :)
Omg , super yummy shawarma. The Beirut burger is so amazing. The mashawwee are awesome. The full chicken ? is out of this world. The cocktails.. do yourself a favor and make sure you stop by
Had the mix shawarma from this location today. I had shawarma many places and this was by the worst I've ever had. Except for the pickled salad everything else was extremely dry and tasteless. It was a waste of $20.
Amazing place, the meat is cooked really good. Portion size are great! I came back 2 times so far, and everything is prepared with Excellent. The staff are very professional as well!
