Not great service. Chicken was kind of greasy , potato wedges weren't that great. Thought I'd give it a try as KFC has been my go-to chicken place. Looks like it still is
I read an article ranking Edmonton's top fast food chicken sandwich. At the top was Mary Brown's Chicken. I went to their Terrace Plaza location and ordered the Big Mary, Spicey Big Mary and large fries. Have no idea why I waited so long. Mmmmmmmmmmmm. Not prefab industrial bulk chicken protein patties or large chicken fingers but actual real breast burgers made from scratch. I rest my case.
Ordered food around 5:30 on June 3 , the two girls were extremely unprofessional, while I was in the store about 3 other people ordered as well and they got all 3 orders wrong. I came home and realized my order was wrong as well, I called to let them know and the girl who picked up the phone just started talking to the other girl while I was still on the call. Those two should be replaced with people who actually pay attention and not make mistakes . Won’t be coming back.
I placed an order for pick up and still have to wait for 15 minutes for them to actually start my order. Note: there is only one order ahead of me but I ordered 20 minutes earlier.
Who doesn't love a nice quality chicken burger definitely consistent with quality everytime I've been. witch has always been a great part of Mary browns you feel like you know what you're getting

Waited 15 min for a single sandwich, whoever manages this place is doing it terribly as they have 1 person working during the dinner rush. Short staffed? Pay your employees more.
This location does not do big Mary Monday, overcharges, and just slaps food together (my sandwich box had mayo smeared all over it on the outside) Do not come to this location.
On Friday night a girl working all alone! Wow! Really hard working person I have ever seen this place really needs more people like that. Also, felt very welcomed!
A place for Halal fried chicken. Taste is good, pri e reasonable.
