Ordered a dinner through Skip the Dishes for delivery at 4:45 PM...Here it is 6:10, and it STILL hasn't arrived! Also, try to get through to Mary Brown's to find out what happened! For kids that love to sit on the phone all day, they sure hate to answer the WORK PHONE!
I don't understand why this place took so long before getting your order's done, the fact I ordered it through the app (ahead of time)Still I have to wait for so long, there's no point of using the app and ordering ahead of time!Disappointing!
If I could give -1 star, I would. I will never go back to this location. I have ordered several items, majority of my order was wrong, paid 43$ for a lunch that ended up in garbage. I have ordered mac & cheese (witch turned out to be a salad), and they have even warmed it up. Warm salad sounds great. Instead of 3 pieces chicken tenders, I got 3 piece meal. Instead of spicy chicken sandwich, I got regular., etc…After I complained to the staff member, I was told that manager will get in touch with me. That never happened. I went to the location to talk to manager but I was told that the owner (?) didn’t find anything wrong with my order. I didn’t get the receipt so I can’t even show or proof that I was ripped off. I could have gone to much nicer place with my coworker and have a better meal for 43$.Absolutely horrible!And no, don’t even try to tell me to send you an email with description of my experience. It is such a shame that some businesses treat their customers this way. And then they are surprised when they go out of business.An apology would be enough but I guess for a place like MB that is too much to ask.Next time, I will eat cardboard instead. Same taste, much cheaper.Cheers!
Have tried many Mary Browns over the last while, from Vancouver Island to Gander NewfoundlandThis location I found super salty. Never had that before from a MB. Also, the chicken strips were really small compared to what we are used to. Unfortunately, with lots of other options, we will skip this location in future. Also, the potatoes were really undercooked, and they forgot the dipping sauce. June 5 2022
Ordered through skip the dishes. 2pc chicken meal with taters was nice and hot and tasted fantastic.....but I also ordered 2 bottles of pineapple crush and a strawberry cream cheese pie...recieved 1 pineapple crush, 1 orange crush and a hot apple pie...really disappointed, would be nice to get what I paid for
Mary Browns is the best. Never greasy and the flavors are perfect. Can't get enough of the spuds either. I also like the apple pies, think I will try that banana pudding next time. They're always polite and professional.
Worst Mary Browns ever had. Bought 6 pieces and taters yesterday and it was the worst ever.There was no meat on those pieces, just bones fried. Mary Browns give dips for free but this store charge for it using a different code. Don't recommend this place. Paid $23.00 for this.Emailed with proof photos. Still no response. Looks like they don't take it serious.
Best Monday deal on delightful chicken sandwich
I normally like coming to this location but I recently ordered the 3 piece chicken meal and I don't think I'll be back. I found a piece of hair on the chicken but the spices on the chicken also tasted very sour. Like I said I normally come here and I've never had an issue. I don't think people appreciate having hair in their food.
They changed the price of a big mary on mary mondays from $4 to $5. I'm devasted to say the least
