My order was completed quickly, staff was friendly. Will shop there again
I have always enjoyed the food at these restaurants. This experience was something to be desired. The fries were soggy. The chicken which is the reason we want to order there was dry, or lack of a cook. There is no reason to over cook a chicken at i am sure is timed in the bath. I gave the meal a two star because of the coleslaw. This was the only thing the family asked for seconds.
Called in to order at 8.20 pm, was told they can’t take my order, the store closes at 9. Called another location and they were happy to take my order. Not coming back to this location. Poor customer service, if you can't take order 40 mins before closing time, it means something is not right.
Great spicy chicken. Taters are one of my favorites.
Food was freshly prepared. Ordered on the app and picked up in store. Food was hot and accurate.

Nice clean good service with lots of variety and friendly staff
Great Service, Phoned in an order, and it was ready for pick-up right at the time they said it would be- we timed our drive so that we had 4 min to spare, Only had to wait 3 min in line, picked up warm food, and it was still warm when we got home (in charlesworth area).
I do enjoy this particular place for the convenience, food is great, service is okay
