The old Indian guys is very very rude … doesn’t know how to greet the guest. Doesn’t know how to behave. Filled with so much attitude for nothing:
Tried the new Nashville spicy chicken sandwich and it was perfect! Chicken was moist, hot and fresh. Taters were nice and seasoned well and tried some chicken. The breast meat wasn't dry at all, keep up the good work!
Slow service when you order via drive through. They took 12-15 mins to get me a snack sandwich... Thanks for the heads up.....Also prices are expensive compared to other burger places around. Horrible management.
I live so close and love Mary Browns so we always go to this location.The drive through is SO SLOW. They make all the food to order. Normally I’m not raving about the place, but satisfied.Yesterday was a different story. Wth is this. I didn’t ask for extra sauce. By the time I got home to eat it (again, I live less then 5 minutes away) it was already soggy and I had to eat it with a fork and knife. Also my a***** hurts today from all that extra hot sauce omg.Edit - emailed them as they had asked. Never heard back from the store.
Their fried chicken and taters are always satisfying. Fresh and nice seasoning. Skin is very crispy and the meat is so juicy! Yum
Bad customer service. The person who took our order on drive thru was so rude. We were a Lil confuse with our order as it was first time so we asked the person, he was like I don't know. And was really rude. Even the burger tasted ?
Love this place, the owner makes sure each order is hot and fresh. Takes a little longer but we'll worth the wait. This place goes over and above to make sure you are satisfied
Tenders meal was over done and tough.Otherwise the chicken and taters are ok. Lots of choice on beverages and even offering banana cream dessert. Unfortunately, one of my 13 peices of chicken was not done all the way through. Courteous and quick service. Will try them again next month.
Order walk in wanted a small snack I get the small sandwich and some fries the it had sweet sauce on it was not informed that is wasn't mayo ened up tossing half of it away cus it tasted really bad and tossed the fries cua for some reason they tasted like lemony beer so disgusting... probably never going back the the price it was and the horrible tase
The owner mr.zaidi at this place very rude.very bad customer service.no greetings at all and not reading any special instructions that i have put in my online order and not even offered to remake my order as cutesy. And he suggested that to call always for special instructions then what is the meaning of online instructions.And he told me that i have learned the lesson. Very very very bad experience. ?
